Brilliant service. We pay for the care club so don’t have to worry about huge bills from calling out the plumber. He replaced the mixer tap over the bath so our shower is working again. Thank you excellent service.

The engineer was very polite and thoroughly explained everything. The engineer was also very clean and tidy.
When I needed my tap replaced, I contacted Care Club online. They had a plumber out the same day. The problem was fixed and the plumber was professional and helpful.
We called for assistance at 9am on Sunday 13th April when we were unable to flush the toilet. Engineer arrived inside 3 hours and quickly rectified the problem in around 20 minutes.

Very poor service, do not recommend this company at all. Should have stopped paying them ages ago. Will keep you waiting after telling you they've ordered a part but have actually decided that the job isn't covered in your plan. You don't find this out until you ring them. Then they try to overcharge you to fix the problem. It happened to me about 3 times before I finally cancelled the plan. Went with British gas, they sorted it out no hassle.
Despite the late appearance from scheduled(not the engineers fault) and only 15 mins to initiate diagnostics before we had to leave for a hospital appointment we felt as though we were getting somewhere and now have a possible solution with a part on order and a repeat visit scheduled, unlike the first engineer the day before who merely pressed the boiler reset button( which we had been doing ourselves the previous 3 days! ) Fingers crossed

I was let down by a major national company. Careclub stepped in and not only solved the issue, but did it cheaper. Great service, great engineer, great value. Don't phone anyone else.
