Was so easy to order and install, and the back up checks to ensure the system was working correctly was a seamless, this has given the whole family a lot of comfort and peace of mind knowing our Mum has this back up if and when she may need it.

Happy enough to take our money for a year up front, told me the alarm worked on a multi network sim and WiFi so was infallible! But when mum needed it in the middle of the night it didn’t work I tried it on three occasions the following day and it didn’t work a few days later I contacted care line 365 , the operator said there were no emergency calls logged,I tried it while i was on the phone to her and it didn’t work ! She talked me through resetting it and it worked but I tried it repeatedly 20 minutes later and it hasn’t worked since !! Lodged a complaint, was promised someone would be in touch still waiting! The phone rings for half a ring then stops,! Call the number back and then the operator says I have to wait for a call back again! Wait all day then phone rings once then stops and it starts all over again !! I run a farming business and successfully make and receive calls all day long and never have an issue with being contacted !! It’s almost as if they are doing it deliberately !! Richard Tagg

Nothing was too much trouble for Joss when I explained my circumstances. All necessary documents completed and the alarm relay box arrived the next day and installed in 10 minutes. All dealings with the company have been quick and helpful from the moment we contacted them in December. The unit they advised arrived promptly and was easy to set up. We have managed a few false alarms which were answered very promptly which is very reassuring.

The response was quick and I was offered the chance to use the 4 months left on the contract, with another family member, rather than losing the cover. As we are are all well and under 65, we don't need it.
Great customer service from Cheryl. In my experience, it's unusual for a company to admit that something had gone wrong, apologise and put it right. That's exactly what Cheryl did today. Cheryl was friendly but professional. She listened to my issue patiently and then went about fixing it, effectively and efficiently.
Everyone was so helpfull right from the first phone call to a guy called Samuel who was able to answer all my questions for me, nothing was to much trouble. My order arrived the next day as they said, it was easy to get started and there was help at the end of the phone for me if needed.
