Careline365 supply personal alarms to those within the UK who are vulnerable or elderly.
We are acutely aware of the challenges faced by older people. As the years advance, health issues can mean that day to day tasks become more difficult. Sometimes this can mean giving up on the idea of living independently altogether. We believe that this doesn’t have to be the way.
Our mission is to help as many people as possible live safe and enjoyable later lives. That’s why we strive to offer our service for the best possible price. We also like to keep things simple. Technology need not be confusing or scary – it can have a huge positive impact on the lives of older people.

Feb 28,2024Having researched other offerings of personal security fall alarm systems, Careline365 was contacted as the favoured supplier for further information on a system for my partner. The online information was clear and so the call was just to reconfirm the potential order and delivery process and to check some other product details, as Careline365 offer a variety of systems and options. The staff were responsive, very knowledgeable and not at all "pushy". They listened rather than talked. The system they offered was less expensive and more functional than some of their competitors' systems, and yet offered all the support functions we needed, so was better value for money. Having placed our order, the system devices arrived as stated the next day, and the device setup procedure - including a test call to the emergency support centre - took less than 10 minutes in total. The emergency call centre responded to our test call within 5 seconds and were very friendly and helpful, which was very reassuring! I certainly believe we made the right choice of supplier.

They both provided excellent advice and detailed information and was gently eased through the process and thankfully no pressurised selling! Purchased the GPS system. Just waiting for the next day delivery. Excellent service.
