Aug 23,2021While the women I worked with were very nice, I feel I did 90% of the legwork and they came along for the ride. At one point they asked what care providers I was looking at and then they just made a list from my list and called them for me. Probably 30 minutes worth of work. I was shocked to hear CarePatrol gets paid my first month's rent for their involvement. Almost criminal. They should get $100 - not $6000.

Aug 23,2021I would definitely recommend Ralph Lindblad from CarePatrol. He was very professional, informative, caring and thorough throughout the whole process. I couldn't have done it without him. He took the time to interview and ask questions regarding my stepmother's needs and medical background. After researching a few places, we found a perfect place for her. I am so pleased and grateful for Ralph's expertise and help finding her new home. Thank you again!

Aletha mad a very difficult decision easy . She toured facilities with me and helped me ask approprate questions My mom is very happy in her new home. Thank you.

Aug 22,2021Communication and follow-up from the moment of first contact with family members was excellent. We felt that someone was there for us. We felt that we were being informed so that we could address the need to find a great care facility for our 87 year old mother. This was important as several family members live in other states! Not sure what we would have done without this service.

Aug 21,2021CarePatrol was fantastic. They stepped in and helped during a very difficult time. They helped us find a new facility that is beautiful and arranged transport across state lines. They even checked in with us after to make sure everything was ok after the move. I recommend them to everyone!

Maryann set up tours and answered our tons of questions and concerns promptly. Her help was so much appreciate. Glad we were told about carepatrol this service was a great help!

Don’t do it alone as we did in the beginning. Call Care Patrol and save yourself a lot of headaches. I wish I had known about them sooner.

The time and care they took to help get our relative into their new place were amazing. The communication was excellent, both in-person and over the phone. I will be recommending their services to everyone I know. I am not sure how we would have been able to do this if they were not involved!
