Aug 31,2021I cannot thank Victoria Archable enough for her outstanding work that led to my mother moving into an Assisted Living facility that meets all of her physical and emotional needs. Her empathy is genuine, her knowledge is comprehensive, and her diligence and professionalism is best of class. Moving one's parent(s) from an independent lifestyle into a completely different environment is an overwhelming and stressful experience, yet Victoria made the entire process ever so manageable. It was as if she were a family member from the start, and I always felt like I was being listened to and guided appropriately. Oh if only everybody were as good at their job as Victoria, what a world that would be!

Aug 31,2021Care Patrol found Vista Lake for us. Thank you for that assistance, but I recommend that you not suggest this place again. They promise the world, but do not come close. My mom fell last night at 3:50am (not in her room...why? I have no answer for that) and taken to the hospita via ambulance. I was never called...everyone passes the buck. Now that claim they had a wrong number...totally unexcusable in my book. She was to have level 4 care...not even close. I will be picking her up on Friday which is the earliest I can get down to her from Ohio. I pray there are no more "mishaps".

Aug 29,2021Care Patrol in Charlotte is an outstanding resource for your family member in need of safe, caring,affordable residential placement. Todd Vrcan of the Charlotte Care Patrol was absolutely wonderful. He was compassionate and knowledgeable making a vey difficult situation for us so much easier. We didn't feel like he was trying to "make a sale", but was providing information for the best placement for our brother. You will not do better than engaging Care Patrol in Charlotte and ToddVrcan.

Aug 28,2021I was made aware of CarePatrol by a friend who used their services in Columbia SC. I was put in contact with CarePatrol consultant Robin Edwards, based out of Northern VA and I was beyond delighted with the attention and service that this company provided. Robin guided me through the process of finding a facility for my elderly mother. Robin and I spent a time on the phone to discuss the needs for my elderly mother, her care, and the expectations my brothers and I were looking for. Robin was able to decipher my thoughts, needs and requirements, and distilled them into three facility/residence referrals that met all of our metrics. Robin facilitated interviews and tours of these facilities, followed up with me after each and best part- she gave me a road map of questions to ask and compare so that I was truly comparing apples to apples in a situation with so many variables, I feel like I would have been lost otherwise. CarePatrols experience, organization and thoughtfulness helped me stay on track with my thoughts and needs during what was a very emotional time. I felt like Robin was holding my hand through a new and hard process of decision. I valued her ability to pinpoint the facilities that would fit our needs, provide organizational methods for moving through the process and choosing the best facility, feedback on facilities based on data and client experiences- and managing all of this with compassion and clarity. Aug 28,2021After trying to do a search for a care facility suitable for Lewy Body patients on my own & also using a large corporate 'place for' agency, I was left with nothing after touring numerous places & declined from one because they didn't accept the potential issues associated with her type of dementia. Christa with Care Patrol got right on it! She is local, knows the facilities well because she has actually been there herself. She saved us! I would recommend Christa and her team 1000%!

Aug 26,2021Words cannot express how Care Patrol turned one of the most difficult times in my life into a positive experience. We did not know where to start when we learned that Mom’s rehab benefits were running out in less than 2 weeks and we had to find a place who could provide quality care, a pleasant atmosphere while still meeting her clinical and medical needs. Chaim at Care Patrol was extremely helpful. He asked the right questions to help us to quickly narrow down the facilities that provided what Mom needed and even set up the appointments for our visits. He was always there to answer our questions and assist in every way. I am so thankful to him for providing us with the guidance that we needed. His help was priceless.

Aug 24,2021Christa Slatina Christa is the human form of caring. She was "on it" right from the start in helping me find the best options for my grandmother in a time where I had no idea what I was doing, as my grandmother quite suddenly went from being very independent, to not even being able to walk or take care of herself. She explained every step of the way and reassured me anytime I got confused or stressed.

Aug 24,2021Finding CarePatrol was a real blessing. Caressa was fantastic, extremely helpful. She took extra time to help us all understand our friend's needs and desires. Based on those interviews and a few facility tours with her, she was able to suggest a few different facilities, one of which proved to be the first choice. Our friend is now moved in and very happy with her new home! CarePatrol provides a personal, face to face contact who knows and is known to local facilities and can thus provide a signicantly more helpful service than a distant telephone contact. We are much impressed, and will readily recommend CarePatrol to anyone needing an eldercare home..

Aug 24,2021I feel so grateful to have found Dawn and Jeff from Care Patrol. The company is aptly named, as they truly care. At first, I was completely overwhelmed while looking for the right kind of care for my 86 year old mom. It was especially hard because I came from out of state. Jeff responded to my phone call quickly, we met with them and they asked questions and listened carefully to my mom, my sister and me. They clearly knew what they were doing, and how to proceed. They found a few suitable places, and we toured a couple of them with Dawn. She immediately sensed where my mom would not just be comfortable, but where she would thrive. What a relief it was to have help in what began as a bewildering sea of options and choices. My mom is now settling into an assisted living facility that is perfect for her. Even as she is adjusting, she is happier than I’ve seen her in a long time. I simply can’t say enough about how much Care Patrol has helped us. It certainly is worth a phone call to see how they could assist you and your loved one.

Aug 24,2021A senior care advisor from Care Patrol reached out to my sister I after some confusing online assisted living searches. We were led through the overwhelming process of finding a safe comfortable place for our mom. The advisor met with my mother at sub acute rehab , which I appreciated. She compiled a list and we toured the facilities that met all our criteria. From there it was an easy choice with a happy outcome. Our advisor was very helpful and accessible and I believe Care Patrol would be able to assist anyone looking to place an aging family member.

Patrick and Beth were great, knowledgeable and very supportive. They helped us ask questions, they were very in tune with our needs for our mom and we're so caring and concerned that her needs were being met.
