Like a security blanket around my siblings and I at a stressful time with an extra set of hands to handle communications and logistics of finding, selecting, securing, qualifying for and moving into a good match of an Assisted Living facility for Mom. Our consultant, BJ was patient and understanding, prompt with responses and follow up and became a friend in the process. I highly recommend this service - especially for overwhelmed children of aging parents who may already have a full plate of responsibilities!

Aug 04,2021I rented a wheelchair from CareLink-Hastings, Mi in July 2021. The staff members were welcoming & provided all relevant information. Upon pickup of the wheelchair I was shown how to attach the footrests, fold it up for transport in my vehicle. Staff was knowledgeable & got me on my way in quick order. I would use them for any future needs.

I was the only relative who was able to help my brother, and the complexity of the situation was overwhelming and stressful. Returning to his living situation was not an option, so independent senior housing was needed immediately. Chad from Care Patrol navigated us through the complex process and found appropriate housing. He was a delight to work with! His attention to detail and follow up provided stability and direction.
