Aug 16,2021Trying to find an Assisted Living place can be exhausting. Care Patrol not only found the places nearby that were in my price range but also set up all the tours/visits. They did all the legwork and the process went so smooth and quick. They are very professional and followed up. I recommend them highly! They took a lot of work out of the process for me. Great service!

They took the time to listen to lengthy explanations of needs, concerns, and experiences and prepared lists of facilities that could meet our needs. They facilitated and followed up on our tours and even checked in several times after the moves to make sure that the transition was going well.

When it became necessary to move my husband to a different home, the representative immediately helped to find one that had a nurse available to help with his care.

Aug 13,2021When my mom’s Alzheimer’s had progressed to the point where we knew care would be needed soon, Beth and Patrick Bowen were a lifeline. There are knowledge and expertise on all the facilities in the greater Knoxville area was such a blessing. They helped us narrow it down to what works best for mom and also for us. We settled on a wonderful memory care unit at Clover Hill Senior Living. The Bowen‘s were always checking in on us and responsive to any questions we had made the whole process as smooth as it could possibly be. The best part is my mom‘s reaction once we settled her in. She lovesThe staff her room and the food! Her enthusiasm has made a very difficult decision become a blessing! We really would give them 10 stars if it were possible!

Aug 12,2021Jonathan Clark assisted my sister and me with finding an Assisted Living facility for our mother. Jonathan, as well as Reba, his assistant, diligently guided us through the process with care and compassion. Jonathan was open to answering all questions and addressing any concerns, all in a timely manner. I highly recommend Jonathan and Reba if it becomes necessary to investigate care facilities. It truly relieves the family of much of the angst that comes with finding a good fit for a loved one.

Aug 10,2021If you are searching for a new home for a loved one, do not do it alone, call CarePatrol! Chad Ramsey was an amazing advocate. My search for a new home for my 93 year old mother was nothing short of intense. I toured 2 facilities before realizing that I would not be able to find the right match for my mom on my own. Doing it "rogue" is not advised, you will never receive the attention or detail that is possible with CarePatrol by your side. Chad and I toured 9 facilities together, he filled out 9, 4-page, Tour Comparison Checklists, items I would not have even considered in making the right choice became obvious with his tireless notetaking. I had no idea there would be such disparity among the homes we toured. Choosing the right home for a loved one is critical, you are their advocate, only you can determine the best fit for them and it's only possible, in my experience, with CarePatrol. Chad hung in there with me with professionalism, patience and understanding. I truly would not have been able to make this perfect choice on behalf of my mom without Chad and CarePatrol. His prompt professional service paved the way for the family and their loved one to find a soft place to land. It can be challenging when clients live locally, but even more so when all parties live out of town. However, Ralph managed the situation beautifully and was able to meet the needs of all involved. I highly recommend working with him!

Carepatrol helped me understand what questions to ask and what criteria to consider in choosing a place for my mother. They are not pushy. Aug 17,2021Heinz Kosser was an lifesaver for our family. My mother in law has Alzheimer’s and we had to move quickly to relocate her to a assisted memory care facility. His knowledge of all the facilities was such a blessing to us. Heinz set up appointments for us plus went with us to see the facilities. He made a hard decision for our family into a very easy transition. He truly was a lifesaver for our family !!!
