Aug 02,2021Eric Klein was absolutely spectacular! He is an incredible human being in the perfect career. He helped my wife and I through one of the most stressful situations of our lives. He got back to me the same day, dealt with my anxiety, and gave incisive advice from his expertise. My mother, whose dementia was so aggressive she got lost in the bathroom and broke her hip, is now comfortably living in a wonderful memory clinic.

Aug 01,2021I was referred to Paula by the nursing home where my son was soon to be discharged after completing PT and OT. He needed assisted living. Linda Kurlander set up appointments at 3 places for me to see. She came with me, asked great questions and sent me a summary of each place we visited. I selected one but it became clear that my son needed a more secure environment since he was tending to wander. Linda quickly found another assisted living place that had an awake staff member at night, 2 staff during the day, and alarms on both exits. We visited and I selected that as a great place to meet my son's needs.. Linda's compassion for me during this difficult time made it a lot easier. My son has adjusted well to his new home. I am so grateful to Linda and Paula and the wonderful, caring service they provide.

Aug 03,2021How wonderful to have help when finding a new home for our mom! There are so many little things that we don't think of or plan for when we have to move our parents into a new home. Lori is absolutely on point. She is caring and understanding. She is knowledgeable and guides you through all of the steps. This is a step that can really causes huge issues if you don't get it right the first time. Help yourself and give Care Patrol a call when you are need of moving your elderly parent into a new home that will provide them with the level of care that they require! I will be passing on Care Patrol to anyone I speak to not just because they are necessary but to help senior children get the proper guidance when making one of the most difficult decisions they will ever have to make!! Lori and Care Patrol are such a blessing!!! We are so very Thankful!!
