Jul 27,2021CarePatrol has been a godsend. Navigating the world of adult care services when under pressure of an imminent release from rehab was beyond what I could do on my own. I asked the social worker at rehab where I might get assistance and she connected me with CarePatrol. They listened to me to get a picture of my dad’s needs, set up visits, and helped me wrap up determining a short term placement within 24 hours. I didn’t know such a service existed! When learning that their services are free to those in need of card, I joked that they are the travel agents of assisted living. Thank you!

Jul 26,2021My sister went from living alone, to needing adult memory care. CarePatrol provided me with a number of assisted memory care homes. It's hard to imagine how much time I would have had to spend just to find all the homes in my area.

Jul 26,2021Tammy Brewer was a wonderful resource at a difficult time after my father suffered a heart attack and two strokes. We did not initially go with any of Tammy's recommendations because dad wanted to go home, and we had success there for a time. After he had seizures, I needed to find a place closer to me. I feel Tammy truly cares about helping families find the right place for their loved ones.

They were attentive to the needs of my mom, provided excellent information about options, and took us on tours to find the best match for her needs and desires. We found a perfect place that will allow my mom to socialize, do activities like art, and even get outside walking daily. We were looking for a place that had immediate openings and CarePatrol connected us with options for that. They were knowledgeable and professional, saved us a lot of work and time, total lifesavers when it came time to find the right place for my mom.

They promptly returned phone calls and set up the visits to see the Memory Care facilities for us. Very smooth transition for my mother. Jul 23,2021Eric Klein took my family through each step of placing our Mom in a retirement community place where she will be safe and well taken care of. He spent a lot of time taking us through each step. I live in Kansas City and my brother is an hour away from Mom. He took us through the legal steps and all the necessary paperwork to complete the process. We still have a way to go and Eric will help us through the rest of it when we need him. From initial contact, to placement, we were guided, felt listened to, given solid recommendations, and got a full picture of what options we had available to us. My family would not have had a successful transition for our loved one, who moved into a memory care facility this week, without the assistance of the Care Patrol staff. Cynthia Gillie was very knowledgeable and had first hand experience with our local choices. I had contacted other agencies in my frantic search and was bombarded with phone calls and emails from who knows where. Definately those agencies felt like a sales push. Cynthia was completely different taking personal interest snd care to help us find the right solution. She was always just a call away and continues to be there as my moms condition evolves.
