Feb 15,2025In gurugram sohna road after sale service is very poor, I sold my car on car 24, after selling up car 24 continuously following up for car NOC hard copy from my bank but now 10 days gone after giving the hard copy no update on my hold up money and car 24 executive has didnot time to spent on me, no one is picking my phone for my . Car24 executive IRAM(+91959Xxxx583) didnot not picking my phone and asking me to messages her, to please text her . Call numerous time but didnot picked. Car 24 of you want to go long please train your executives, it not a professional way to deal a issue, talk to the customers.

Feb 13,2025Terrible Experience – Beware of Scammers! I had an extremely disappointing experience with Cars24 Indore Branch. Their salesman, Mr. Anshuman, assured me 100% that the car I was purchasing was a great deal, promising full support and value for money. However, from the very next day, I started facing multiple issues with the car. I reached out to Cars24’s technical team, expecting some resolution, but they turned out to be completely useless and unresponsive. I raised three tickets within a month, yet the problems persist, and there has been absolutely no proper support from their end. This company is full of scammers who just want to sell you a car and vanish when you need help. Avoid buying from Cars24 at all costs—they are not trustworthy, and their customer service is a joke. Don’t fall for their false promises like I did!
