Feb 06,2025Mr Raghavendra who attended the ticket was prompt enough to have the issue analysed and was informative to let me know what the problem was... there was a slight bend in the rear two alloys which as per him was not going to impact the performance and was within the acceptable limit. He has agreed to speak to the Cars24 team for a concession in further services.

Feb 05,2025So far, my experience with Cars24 has been great. I sold my car to them and bought a new one about a month later. Both transactions went smoothly. After purchasing the car, there were a few minor issues, like with the sensors and wheel alignment. However, their warranty team was fantastic and took care of everything quickly. I would personally recommend Cars24 for buying used cars.

Feb 04,2025I wanted to sell my car that was one year old with 4500 km on it, had RTI insurance without any scratch. The online system of cars 24 showed that if certified excellent condition, they could give 8.2 to 9L for my cars. Now starts the story. 1. Their web site says free inspection. The moment I booked inspection, they charged Rs 150. That inspection report would be shared with me only if I pay additional Rs 350. Otherwise they can say whatever about the report and their quote would be only valid for two days. 2. Their own inspector rated the car excellent condition. Cars 24 then started showing hiw good they are at calculations and quoted 7.46L. that too valid for 48 hours. Their online quote is just a trap. A ridiculous business tactics 3. They kept calling for the next 5 days asking me to sell for that same price. One of them even telling that my car is not even worth that much. 4. I finally sold the car to my neighbour for 8.2L. That time when I told Cars24 that the car is sold, they called 5 times that day telling that I can get in trouble for selling to individual and that I need to cancel my current deal and sell them and they are ready to buy for 8L. Please refrain from this company's business. They are running a trap to make you sell your car at least 5-10%below cost you can get.

She was very polite and kept me informed about the status of my car. I am giving her 1 star for her efforts, but unfortunately, my overall experience with Cars24 was extremely disappointing. I entrusted them with my car for service, and despite taking 15 days, they did absolutely nothing. This is by far the worst service I've encountered. I feel my time was wasted, and my car was not properly taken care of. I hope they improve their service standards in the future."

Jan 31,2025I searched for a Maruti Celerio AMT from various sources and competitors, but in terms of vehicle condition and price, Cars24 offered me the best deal. During the car's delivery, there was an issue with paint peeling due to an external polish. Initially, I was unhappy, but the Cars24 team was highly cooperative and kept their promise by providing compensation for the issue. I appreciate Mani (Car Adviser - Chennai) for his valuable suggestions on the car, Santhosh (Manager - Chennai) for being calm, cooperative, and ensuring the compensation was honored, and Smit for his prompt action in resolving my concern. Overall, I am happy with my decision to choose Cars24!
