My contact at Carvio, Deysy Polo, was great at every aspect in helping me complete all steps and I was very grateful that all the vendors used emails and texts when she informed them that Iām hard of hearing and struggle on phone calls. Was called first thing in the morning the day of pick up letting me know the driver would be here soon, he arrived at my door 1/2 hour later where we exchanged a title and keys for a check and the car was towed away. Very smooth experience!
