Aug 31,2023CarVIO did exactly as promised. Only one issue: The car was located in another state so I had to have a friend deliver the title and collect the check. Marcos Rios of CarVIO was very accessible, helpful and friendly. The offer price never changed (to my pleasant surprise). I would recommend CarVIO to others (especially if they could work with Marcos).

I was given a day to be available from8-5 (which for most working people is hard) and they never called I reached out and was told they would come the next day again between 8-5. I had to work but kept my phone on me to make sure not to miss a call. I didn’t get a call till 4:45 telling me they would be there in 30 minutes (after 5). I think communication could have been much better.

Aug 29,2023This was my 3rd time going through CarVIO to sell a vehicle. They have been transparent with me throughout the whole process, and true to their word. This time was selling a worn out company vehicle, and CarVIO offered more than the local salvage yards. After I sent in all the pictures, I was contacted to arrange shipping, which they covered. The driver they sent out two business days later brought a check for the agreed upon amount, and my boss was pleased with the speed and ease with which it was handled. Hopefully I never have to sell a junk vehicle again, but if I do, it'll be to CarVIO.
