Aug 29,2023Seems like there were multiple parties involved and often communication was lacking. The initial conversation with a cardio rep went well an an offer was made and accepted. Then an auction company like IAA or something called me to set up a time to pick up my car which seemed to go ok. Then I received a call from the actual towing company and that was where the problem in communication occured. They will not give you an exact pickup time but rather say that they will contact you 1 hour before pickup. For someone that works away from home this can be tricky. After a few failed attempts and sub par communication finally my car was picked up and I received payment.

Aug 29,2023The whole buying process was great however pick up was a disaster. They called to set up pick up time for next day I requested a time after 3, They said no problem. Next morning at 10a gentleman called said he would be arriving within 30 minutes. Since he was so close I cancelled Al log my appointments for that day and rescheduled y them for next day. He did not have check in hand so said he had to drive to a location and pick it up now my pick up time would be after noon. I talked with him several times after noon he stated he had picked up other jobs and he did not know when he would be out or if another driver would come. 3:30 I called dispatch to be told driver had went home hours earlier as I told him I was not available for him. So several times I was lied to and he lied to dispatch. Needless to say I cancelled my appointments for no reason as nobody showed up that day. Next day I had first pick up but A little too late for my prior day being wasted.

Aug 28,2023Get a better towing company that told me they would get my car on Thursday I took the day off work then they call me on Thursday and said had to change to Friday in a time window of 12 to 5 I told them no I drove it to the scrap yard so they lost my business

Aug 28,2023I would recommend this service to anyone. I don’t write reviews, but this service is review worthy. I had an older vehicle that needed some work and I didnt want to pay to fix it and sell it myself. I filled out the information on the website, received a call, an offer and scheduled pickup in 30 minutes.
