Aug 26,2023CarVio gave me three offers, every one I accepted and they then changed to a lower offer. We went from $2900 to a lowball of $1800. I went with another company who gave me one quote of $2330 and stuck to it through the pickup of the vehicle. I do not recommend CarVio based on my experience.

Aug 24,2023The communication with the agent was quick and several options were given to get information to them. My questions were answered and confirmation received when documents were received. Arranging the car pick up with the insurance company required a few phone calls but this was maybe because I received approval late on a Friday and automated texts went out before information reached the insurance company. Overall a very good experience.

Got a call in less than 5 minutes on a Thursday afternoon, got my paperwork together and in less than 2 hours I had an offer. Service picked it up on Monday with check in hand. Aug 24,2023It was fairly easy to do . The only thing I can say that was underwhelming is I sent info via email and they preferred it threw text , then why send emails the same time as texts ? I could have sent it threw email to give better pics , but if you want it 1 way over the other only use that for communicating . Not that big of deal but you wanted a useful review . other than that it went great .
