Aug 23,2023Awesome easy experience, only docked a star because the pickup was a little chaotic, no 24 hour notice and then boom can you be ready In an hour? But other than that the whole thing was easy and they offered lots more than other companies

Aug 23,2023I had to keep calling and calling to arrange the pick up and i took 5 days because I had to call the tow company myself to arrange the pick up. I called many times to Carvio without anyone picking up the phone. I left text messages that took a day or more to reply.

Aug 23,2023You guys are awesome I needed my old beat up ford that didn’t run and had been sitting there for almost 6 years with a twisted axel and a torn apart frame towed out of where it was and gone wasn’t expecting anything but a free tow if that but you guys paid me for it too. Great company definitely going to keep using you guys for sure thank you

Aug 23,2023Well it's been 3 weeks since deal was made and car still has not been picked up. Got the congratulations by text and email that deal was approved just get the title notarized and we will get you the check and pickup the car.Well got the title notarized and nothing has happened since then. They keep saying it's still a deal but like I said no check and I still have my car at least. Maybe because it was max deal of $5000 is why? But still should notify me that the deal fell through, now I got to pay and get a new title since it was signed

Aug 23,2023They were supposed to do a cash pick up at the bank that was the agreement I did not feel comfortable with the check they told me that the truck driver would call me an hour before he arrived between 8am and noon the truck driver called me at 7: 30am in the morning saying he was there at the bank with the check that was not the deal.. they told me that somebody would be calling me so we can work it out nobody called me

Aug 23,2023I was told my vehicle would be picked up on friday August 18th. No one called or showed up. I waited all weekend to call back on Monday, just to have someone hang up on me and then not answer my phone call after attempting to call back 15 times. When I finally get a hold of someone, they tell me they didn't have a stock number for my car but would get a new one and someone will pick my car up Tuesday August 22nd, around 10 am. No one called or showed up yet again. This is highly unprofessional. Now I will have to get a new title, because I already have all your companies information written on it.

Aug 22,2023Was pressured by time. Was given a “today only offer”, unfortunately this was over the weekend and was unable to get the title notarized, when I did they wouldn’t answer my calls or texts to schedule pick up. Only use this company if you can immediately get title notarized.
