Oct 27,2020Most of the audio guides was not working and the live guide looked stoned all the time. We had a combo tickets bus+boat and no one ever told us to get physical tickets for the boat until we got to the landing. Had a similar sightseeing tour in Spain from the same company and the experience was much positive. Please, give more attention to the service.

Oct 27,2020You really need to update your commentary, a ‘joke’ about nagging wives and ducking stools is soooo not appropriate in 2020. A calm ride but lacking in any real ‘grit’ or depth of information. Very expensive for what it is.

Oct 25,2020Le circuit dans Séville est très court, le texte entendu dans les écouteurs est très court aussi, aucune information d’autre que le nom de chaque monument, cela pourrait être largement amélioré. Je ne parle même pas des horaires ! Celles indiquées dans l’application ne sont pas du tout valable, un bus tous les 45 minutes, donc compliqué d’envisager sa journée avec de telles durées aux arrêts. Bref, nous avons fini par le faire en seegway, c’était bien plus intéressant !

Oct 25,2020Did a couple of the Edinburgh tours while on a couple of nights stay with my kids. Seemed the easiest way to let them see and learn a bit about the city. The audio track was good, plenty of information and a decent pair of headphones to use. The buses were spotlessly clean and the drivers were very good. I had a code on my phone, and the driver printed out tickets so we could hop on and off and also use two other tour routes that day too. The tickets get discounted entry to some places, so it’s worth doing the tours before visiting attractions to find out where you can save some money. Kids are free until March and that made the cost an absolute bargain. Our tour was in October and due to Covid the windows were open, I’d advise being well wrapped up... not a complaint, but it does get a bit cold when the bus is moving. One last thing, if you want to get into the National Museum of Scotland you need to pre-book an entry time due to Covid restrictions.

Oct 21,2020This tour was easy to book on line and the starting point was central. All the staff were friendly and helpful, Covid guidelines were followed with seating a,no separate entry and exit. A map was provided, also headphones with an interesting commentary. We got on and off at several points and didn’t have to wait long for another bus to come along when we were ready to leave. A super introduction to Bath.

Oct 20,2020Excellent service , we did hop on and off over 24 hours and every driver was so welcoming and helpful. Would recommend this 100% and we will be booking again next time we are in Edinburgh.

Oct 20,2020Hop on hop off Napoli: die Zeiten der Touren sind sehr unpraktisch gemacht- wo ein Bus (rote Linie) ankommt, der andere mit der anderen Linie ist gerade abgefahren und man muss 1,5 Stunde warten. Wir haben nur das Geld verloren, weil wir nicht schafften wegen den Zeiten etwas anzuschauen. Der erste Bus fährt um 9:45 los und der letze ( vierte also) um 16 Uhr. Sehr überteuert für eine kleine Runde - lieber zu Fuß oder mit dem öffentlichen Verkehr alles erledigen.

Oct 18,2020The tour was ok, but beware there are 2 tours hop on hop off and city sight seeing tour, the buses and bus stops are not clearly sign posted as other cities I have been in. We changed buses believing we had changed from the hop on hop off tour onto city sightseeing tour, but ended up on the same tour again, we were not the only ones to make this error, when we got to the correct bus stop three other couples said they had made the same mistake. There was no sign on the bus or at the bus stop to indicate the different tour.

Oct 18,2020The route around York is quite short but interesting. Go on a tour with a live commentary for the best experience but all tours have an audio guide, with no need to use headphones, if your content with English.

Oct 18,2020Leider viel zu lange Wartezeiten . Wahrscheinlich wegen der mangelnden Touristenzahl durch Corona - aber dann gehört ein Hinweis dazu . Das wäre für mich auch verständlich So hat es wenig Spaß gemacht .

Oct 18,2020When booked ticket for day 2 days in advance they then decide to close season early but took my money and we waited at bus stop for an hour No Buses. They should have not accepted bookings for the week they were no longer running and also had y phone number to send an automatic text if systems behind each other but no .. we waited around in the cold and wet last week for NO bus. 5 dasy later and stil waiting for my money to be refunded.

Oct 27,2020Great trip around Bath, I felt safe with all the covid-19 social distancing measures in place. My only criticism would be, to be told the stop you are at as I was trying to follow on the map but kept getting lost.
