May 27,2022We booked our tickets online for 48 hours. The first day we have waited for a bus-one of the employes told us to take the boat. Waitinghours for the bus were to long. Second day we took a taxi after waiting for 50 minutes at a hop on point with to kids… €130 and never seen a bus!

May 16,2022City Sightseeing Rome 14-15.05.2022. This was the most terrible service I'd ever had and if I could I would give 0 stars. we bought 2 tickets for 48 hours on/off in Rome, but the only time we could use the tickets was, when we changed our vouchers to tickets. all other times the bus was full and we were not aloud to get in the bus. it was very obvious that they had sold way too many tickets to the few busses they had. In my opinion, they stole my money and I can only say " Stay away from this and give away your money to a homeless! can't tell how angry I am

May 16,2022Estupendo recorrido por la ciudad. El billete además incluye la entrada a algunas Iglesias y museos, y dos visitas guiadas estupendas por la ciudad. Fue estupendo para conocer la ciudad en pocos días.

Apr 13,2022We bought 24h tickets today for the Berlin-route. We waited on the Unter den Linden stop for over an hour and no bus came. After a loooong wait we got on the bus and got off on Potsdamer Platz for a quick look around. We returned to the exact same spot at 17.30 to get picked up again. We saw the bus drive off the route at about 17.32. We were so disappointed because the bus did not only leave the route, but it didnt have any passengers on, which seemed weird given that the companys hours are 10.00-18.00. We then walked to the stop before Potsdamer Platz, where the bus arrived at about 17.45, but again, Potsdamer Platz was the last stop. Here the driver stopped at a totally different location (about 200m from the original). Such a bad, confusing and exhausting experience. Save yourself the time and money and go with another company.

Apr 06,2022Ciao a tutti, in linea generale l’esperienza è stata negativa per diverse motivazioni. Nonostante fossimo a conoscenza che con le escursioni si dilatano i tempi è tutto è a rilento io e mio padre abbiamo dato un chance ad Epifanio, il signore della compagnia che ci ha approcciati alla fermata dell’Hotel a Malta (Sliema). Abbiamo pagato 80 € per due biglietti che prevedevano sia il traghetto che il bus con l’entrata in alcuni siti, tra i quali “I templi megalitici”. Purtroppo già sul bus i biglietti non erano validi. Abbiamo sprecato molto tempo all’entrata del sito e nulla è stato risolto. Nonostante la relativa gentilezza degli operatori telefonici e dei busdrivers. Nel mio piccolo è stata una delle esperienze di viaggio più noiose ed imbarazzanti. A quanto pare sono soliti vendere dei titoli non completi. FATE ATTENZIONE, andate in autonomia se avete tempo a disposizione.

Mar 09,2022Very bad, they leave us waiting for at least 2 hours, until we the metro to get back to our hotel. We could only stay for 2 days in Barcelona ,so our vacation is distroid . Incredible that they leave us waiting without any sign of information Barcelona is a nice city but never take that bus again , u can not trust them but

Feb 20,2022Soy sevillana, no estoy descontenta por el servicio, pues seguramente harán su buen trabajo a beneficio del turismo en nuestra ciudad, pero lo que no estoy de acuerdo es que en la parada De la Torre del Oro, igual que seguramente en otras, ellos autobuses pueden estar 20 minut o más, parados pero con el motor en marcha, contaminando la ciudad y también acústicamente repercute en los ciudadanos.

Dec 27,2021Horrible! Buses don’t stop to pick up customers in London. The stops are not identified with the company name. City Sightseeing buses are practically nonexistent but you can see other companies. Don’t waste your money.

Oct 27,2021If you have a choice between using this sightseeing tour in London or poking yourself in the eye with a fork, go with the Fork! Buses were massively overcrowded and when we managed to get on we went past at least three stops where nobody waiting could get on. Large numbers of people and children having to stand and difficult seeing out, so more like a trip into town than a city sightseeing tour. Got asked when we got to another stop with nobody getting off if we wanted to have an extra trip on the river cruise (so a return journey for free). Given we couldn’t see very much stupidly agreed and walked to the river cruise office, unsurprising given the issues experienced so far this wasn’t possible and even after the genuinely helpful lady at the river cruise site office phoned a manager we were told we could still do the river cruise in one direction then try and get back on the bus at the other end, but if it was full we would have to get the tube back. Brilliant that’s exactly what I paid for, although we would probably see as much from the tube as we did from the overcrowded bus. We’ve been given a customer service email to try and get a refund but on the basis of the previous reviews and comments I don’t hold out much hope!

Oct 21,2021Absolutes Chaos bei diesem Unternehmen die Haltestellen werden nicht angefahren Busse zu voll da diese nicht alle 15 min fahren sondern nur alle 45 min . Sehr traurig nicht weiter zu empfehlen !!!!!!!!!!

Oct 15,2021We found this sightseeing tour to be very disappointing. The information given was poor, with more music than information about the buildings and history of the area we were travelling through. Any information provided was basic and limited. It really wasn’t worth the cost of the ticket.

Sep 28,2021Hola, el día 25 compramos billete con esta empresa. para ver la catedral de Toledo, era visita guiada y nosotros que éramos 3 las compramos. Nos dijeron que como máximo el grupo serían 25 personas, fuimos 41 personas. Había 6 personas de habla inglesa y tenían un guía. Al protestar de que nosotros éramos muchos, nos dijeron que primaban el idioma. De risa....... en tiempos de covid, no hay derecho qu permitan un grupo tan grande. Cuando subimos al bus de la empresa para hacer recorrido por la ciudad, el chófer del bus no nos facilitó los auriculares para escuchar la explicación. Quedamos muy descontentos con la manera de actuar del personal de la empresa.

Aug 17,2021De precio excesivo para lo que es. Donde nos alojamos teniamos 2 paradas y estaban fuera servicio y nadie nos dijo nada. Tuvimos que caminar bastante para poder subirnos. Cuando sacamos billetes habia tours y entradas a lugares y nadie nos informo de nada, no disfrutamos de esas cosas. No merece la pena.

Aug 08,2021Horrible!! We weren’t able to use the passes at most of the places listed. This is false advertising!! The places listed told us, they are no longer associated with this company. We were not able to use the passes for Orlando. Also, they keep referring me to emails for refunds with no response. I have yet to be refunded for my fake passes. This is a pain!! 🙄

Aug 05,2021Muy mal servicio y no por culpa de los conductores, si hay obras con calles cortadas, se ha de poner a disposición de sus clientes otros autobuses para que las esperas no se eternicen. Los profesionales son muy amables y ellos no pueden cargar con las culpas de una pésima planificación, nosotros los turistas no podemos pasar más de una hora esperando el bus. pónganse las pilas y más servicio. Calidad precio un atraco.

May 31,2022Absolutely awful!!! We purchased tickets online as they were cheaper but our first hurdle was trying to get on the red line route in Budapest. All the maps and online don’t say that stop 19 is closed. We waited for a bus for 40 minutes and gave up. Whilst on the tour which you advertise as getting a feel for a city and we got to stop 18 to be told that we would go straight to stop 20 as 19 is closed. Why didn’t you have a sign up there saying this?!? Then…as per your advertisement use the hop on hop service to get a feel of the city…and it should only take 1 hour. Two and half hours later after a 10 min stop here, 20 min stop here and then the best a 40 min stop- it was the worst experience of hop on hop offf I have ever done. Then, you advertise the boat trip from leaving from dock 8a….no, it doesn’t go from there it is from dock 6. We missed one boat as we couldn’t find where to go. A complete shambles, and definitely not worth the £25.83 per ticket! I would avoid and use another company as other people we spoke too, had no complaints from their tour operators. Personally, I would like my money back as I feel I have wasted nearly £50 and over 5 hours of a short stay.
