Jan 09,2020Ticket said bus left at 6pm, so we arrived at 5:45pm to be safe. Turns out it did not leave until 7pm, so us, along with everyone else who bought tickets online waited in subzero temperature. Staff were rude and seemed to intentionally walk past the waiting crowd and locked themselves in the bus with the lights out to avoid contact with the customers. Finally, 6:55pm we are allowed on the bus (that was idling for an hour in front of us) and I asked why it's an hour after the ticket. The lady told me my ticket is wrong, and so is the website and see here on this printed pamphlet which is on the bus, it says 7pm.... Ok thanks for your help.. Bus was cold, narration was incredibly poor and sometimes nonsensical. It's 2020, many Hungarians speak perfect English, so stop being so tight and reinvest in a contemporary recording. Bus was freezing cold with no heat inside (early January). If it wasn't for the fact that you see the key highlights of Budapest in a short time this trip would be a rude waste of money. Truly the only upside is the ”express” nature of the circuit. I have been with this company before in other cities but Budapest is a disappointment compared to their usual standard. Hopefully this is improved upon in 2020.

Jan 08,2020- We rode both lines in Paris in Decemebr 2019 and each time the audio composed of was 75% music and 25% explanations. The music was extremely repetitive and played on loop and the explanations were really poor in content. I honestly knew more myself about the buildings and neighborhoods we were driving through. Segments would start playing randomly at the wrong time/location or would play multiple times throughout the course of the bus line. - The cherry on the cake truly was when we passed Notre-Dame Cathedral. While the fire that destroyed it partially was relatively recent (although it has been over 8 months), I did except not getting a lot of information about this particular event. However, what I had absolutely not imagined was that the audio guide would simply not make any mention of it. And by “it” I do not mean the fire, but THE CATHEDRAL ITSELF !!! We passed next to it and were close for quite some time (roughly 10 minutes because of traffic) and the only thing that we had in the earphones was the same music that had already been playing for the previous 45 minutes … What a shame … There is absolutely no excuse here... - Additionally it was very hard to find the bus stop as there was no exact address mentioned for the stops (except the main office near the Opera) and no one responded when we called to have further information or help. To be honest thiswas already a red flag for us and we would have chosen another company on the spot if we had not already purchased the tickets online. - For a price of almost 100€ for three people, we were more than disappointed and rather angry that we had lost our vacation time for such an uninteresting visit. Sightseeing tours is something that I had already done a few times in other cities and had always been very happy with the experience. Needless to say that I am never using your services again.

Jan 08,2020Very informative tour of Glasgow. Lived in Glasgow for 10+ years and found that there were lots of things I didn’t know about and I was fascinated! My American gf who was visiting also really enjoyed it. Only downside was the weather was a little too cold to comfortable sit on top outside, but that’s expected in December in Scotland.

The tour guide didn't really inform us on the historical aspects of the city and the significance of the architecture, etc., but rather gave us a brief overview of superficial aspects and also spent three minutes talking about a famous duel there. My brother and I felt it would have been best to drive on our own through the various spots of the city guide destination and save ourselves some money.

Jan 08,2020When we purchased tickets on 12/31 we were told that some stops would be stopped early due to the parade. We were told the other stops would continue, we got of at ONE stop, when we got back on to continue to another location we were told they were closing early and were instructed (by a very rude attendant) to get off of the bus! Paid 117.00 for 3 people to ride about 1.5 miles! Look for another tour company unless you want to be left stranded!!!

Jan 08,2020A great way to see any city you might visit. We always use where available. The service is frequent and has many convenient pick up points. We would have missed out on a lot of sights if we had not used the bus. They provide ear phones so you can plug in and listen to lots of information as you travel around.

Jan 07,2020I have used city sightseeing all over the world and never had such an awful experience as in New York. 4 buses drove past me and this was early morning. Mainly because the app had completely different stops to the actual map from the company. When I finally got on bus I then had to get off at ferry and wait over 30mins for another. The buses between 5 and 6pm where too full to pick up and when I eventually got on bus, when it stopped again at ferries, people got on and refused to get off. Holding the bus hostage for over 30mins. I was then advised there were no more night buses at approximately 7.15pm. This was my last night in New York and the man who advised us of no more buses was extremely aggressive. Will never use again.

Jan 07,2020É molto difficile individuare le fermate del bus. Ho utilizzato questo servizio in molte città d'Europa ed in nessuna ho riscontrato questa difficoltá. Il traffico della cittá non permette al bus di rispettare gli orari indicati; il giorno 29/12 lo abbiamo atteso per 1ora e 30 minuti. Le spiegazioni vengono date per metá oppure (sempre pee colpa del traffico) ci si ritrova ad ascoltarle molto prima di arrivare davanti all'attrazione a cui si riferiscono

I bought the tickets for sightseeing Seville online and then had to wait 45 minutes to get on the bus, since the bus passes by every 25 minutes and it arrives full of people (so there’s not enough room for the new passengers to hop on). I tried to cancel the tickets, but the company said it was not possible, since I bought the tickets for that day. Finnally I got on the bus and felt the money I paid was not worth it. The bus does not pass in front of Seville main attractions (since those spots are in a walking area) and the information we can hear on the phones passing by the monuments is generic and insufficient. Besides, it is almost impossible to get on the top floor, since it is always full. It was my first and last experience with sightseeing.

Jan 07,2020I purchased 2 adult tickets for the day, 1 as a treat for my sister as she was visiting from Australia and we were both really disappointed with the service. I had used the City Sightseeing bus service 3 or 4 years ago in Dublin and had a great time, I thought the buses, drivers and audio tour was brilliant. This time I found myself really disappointed in the number of buses running compared to other companies, the quality of the earphones were shocking, the first bus we went through 2 or 3 sets each and had to move all about as the plugs for the ear phones were faulty and not connecting. At least two drivers were quite short and grumpy when we asked a questions. Overall the service and quality felt weathered and tired. On about the 3rd bus we gave up using headphones and we weren't the only people! I will be trying another company next time I visit Dublin.

Jan 07,2020The buses were jam packed - could not get a seat most of the times we went on. Buses old and pretty uncomfy / basic. Staff on the bus disinterested at best however those in the street were more helpful and happy to advise. We opted for the boat tour also - very good actually. Didn’t manage to make use of the night tour option.

Jan 07,2020The first driver was great, very personable, friendly and accommodating. He explained the bus line we were going on and facilitated the exchange of our mobile ticket to the hardcopy one and what stop we need to get off to go on the boat tour. The audio guide was also very informational and presented interesting facts about the scenes along the way. The boat tour was great too. It was a great way of seeing key sights in the city especially the Eiffel Tower. The bus driver during the return from Moulin Rouge back to the main stop was a bit in a hurry to get home. He was driving fast and had a bad temper. He also did not stop at one of the stops when people were trying to get on the bus. When we got to the main stop and moved to a different line, we were asked to embark on a bus and later on asked to move to a different bus because the driver was going to eat. He could have asked us to go on another bus in the first place. On our second day (we got a 2-day pass) we were waiting at the Louvre stop for an hour and no bus came :-(
