Sep 23,2020Excellent service before n during the tours. We actually enjoyed 3 different tours for the same all-in price. Views from the bus were superb & the commentaries were interesting n funny. Actor Wayne was very good n entertaining on the blue bus. Excellent day out in Edinburgh.

Sep 21,2020Big disappointment. I booked tickets online and received confirmation voucher on my email. When we arrived to Stratford upon Avon we were told by local people that Hop on Hop off bus has not been in service since lockdown. Why no information on their website? Why they still allowed me to buy a ticket with my chosen day and took payment? After closer look on the online voucher I realized that it showed date in future - more than 6months ahead!!! (not the day I chose when making booking). I emailed the customer service and asked for a refund as I think it was just a scam, but haven't heard from them yet, and it's been more than 3working days. I always used to enjoy hop on hop off bus but this time I'm really disappointed and same were my children.

Sep 20,2020Highly recommend City Sightseeing in Edinburgh. Great way to get a perspective on this great city on our first visit. All staff were very friendly, helpful and informative. Great value for money.

Sep 20,2020Great value for money. We did the 2 day tour and were glad we did. The first day we did the full tour, which had the live commentary which was excellent and gave us the low down on Glasgow in a very entertaining manner. We then used the other times to visit other parts of the city.

Sep 19,2020We had a great time on the city sight seeing tour the bus was a little late as one bus broke down but it was worth waiting for the driver was very knowledgable and we had a comfortable drive down to Poole harbour taking in all the sights and information. We caught the boat straight away at Poole harbour and took a two hour trip around to old harry rock and beyond again the captain of the boat was very knowledgable and funny was worth every penny of the £22 each for both the bus and boat trip

Sep 19,2020Wherever we go we always do the hop on hop off bus, they are great , take you round all the sights and we also use it to stop at different places it’s good value instead of trying to figure out the local transport. We had an issue with payment on the website which needs sorting out as they took the payment twice

Sep 19,2020No vale la pena, caro y malo. No respeta horarios. Cero seguridad Covid, cero limpieza, cero distancia entre pasajeros.... El conductor de la tarde mal educado y despreocupado con los pasajeros de la parte superior al pasar cerca de copas y ramas de árboles que batían en el autobús. Las visitas mal organizadas en tiempo en relación con las paradas. Coge el bus urbano y el tranvía y ahorra, no lo dudes.

Sep 18,2020the advert claimed a 1 hour bus service but it turned out to be 1 bus every 2 hours so if you hopped off you had to wait 2 or 4 hours to hop back on we paid 70 euros for a 4 day ticket but only used it once due to the poor service 1st bus at 9 30am last bus 5 30pm this was on the Albufeira city sightseeing

Sep 18,2020Das reinste Chaos! Wir wollten einen entspannten Tag in Berlin verbringen, mit dem Bus die wichtigsten Punkte abfahren und uns von Informationen berieseln lassen. Leider war die Realität eine völlig andere. Kaum war die Tour am HBF gestartet, machte der Bus am Kurfürstendamm für 30 Minuten Pause. Wir entschieden daher, die Gedächtniskirche zu besichtigen und eben den Nächsten zu nehmen. Dieser machte jedoch erneut Pause, deshalb wurden wir gegenüber an den Bus verwiesen. Dieser wollte uns jedoch nicht mitnehmen, da das Ticket nicht gedruckt worden war (mit dem wir zuvor auch schon gefahren sind). Also schickte man uns zu dem kleinen Sprinter, wo man uns erklärte, dass der Busfahrer uns auch mit diesem Ticket hätte mitnehmen müssen... Da der nächste Bus erst wieder in 25 Minuten kommen sollte, sind wir 2 Stationen gelaufen, um zuzusteigen und keine weitere Zeit zu vertrödeln. Um 16 Uhr fuhr wohl der letzte Bus am Alexanderplatz (Park Inn)... denn wir warteten dort bis 16:50 Uhr vergeblich und wurden schließlich gegenüber von einem Bus mitgenommen, der Punkt 17 h anhielt und uns alle rauskickte. Bisher habe ich immer gute Erfahrungen gemacht, aber Berlin definitiv NIE wieder. Ich empfehle eher eine der kostenlosten Stadtführungen (auf Spendenbasis), die sind super spannend und deutlich inoformativer. Außerdem fährt die Buslinie 100 fast alle Sehenswürdigkeiten ab. Den Bus kann man sich daher getrost sparen!
