Today did a tour with Hugh in Belfast which was absolutely brilliant. He we was informative, funny and extremely knowledgeable. Hugh also went above and beyond, as there were a few of us that had not been able to get on the previous bus and when the next one turned up there were not many seats left and more of us than seats, so he took the bus that he was supposed to be just returning to the city center in and did us a separate tour. Which I am sure would have made him late home for his tea but he has absolutely made our stay in Belfast what an amazing man. 👏
It is astonishing that City Sightseeing Worldwide is unaware of the appalling service being provided by its local operation in Madinah (Medina). Saudi Arabia is providing excellent bus and train services in line with its 2030 Vision. But City Sightseeing Madinah is giving tourists a bad impression of transport services in Saudi Arabia, especially if a tourist is in Saudi Arabia only for a few days and their only contact with buses is City Sightseeing. I have already sent an email with full details of my concerns to City Sightseeing global headquarters at info at city-sightseeing dot es. I do hope I will not be asked to provide all that information again. City Sightseeing is not a company which has any grip on what is happening on the ground throughout its operations. If you are in Madinah, avoid booking the City Sightseeing tour.
Awful experience in Lisbon, buses packed and drivers refusing to take on more passengers. Gave up and used Uber (works very well in Lisbon btw). Put in complaint and received a bare-faced lie in response saying there was plenty of room on the buses. Avoid!
Leider muss man 1 Stern geben sonst kann man keine Bewertung abgeben. Am 29.8.24 in Alesund mit den Unternehmen gefahren muss 237.50 nok Bezahlen. Am31.8.24 in stavanger muss ich 475.00 nok bezahlen. Vom Konto wurden einmal 475.00 nok und einmal 712.50 nok abgezogen. Habe mich bei den Unternehmen gemeldet und Beweise hingeschickt. Sie meldeten sich und das Geld würden sie binnen 5 bis 10 Tagen zurück überweisen das ist am 9.9.24 gewesen bis heute ist noch nicht angekommen. Dank an das Unternehmen nie wieder mit euch 👎
Muy mala organización. Habíamos comprado el billete con antelación y estuvimos esperando mas de una hora para poder subir al autobús. La señora Maite que nos cambio el billete, nos atendió con muy mala actitud y total desinterés hacia nuestras preguntas. Hemos utilizado este servicio en otras ciudades de Italia donde el trato y la organización nos dejo una grata experiencia, en Mallorca no lo recomiendo.
City sighseeing are usually a reliable and interesting way to see a new City and we have used the MANY times BUT City Sightseeing Lisbon are DREADFUL. We were picked up at the port and the driver crunched the front bumper reversing out of a space THEN went the wrong way intothe City centre via office blocks and flats so the poor commentary was wrong until it stopped. The driver seemed to not know his way around and stopped at a fair few bus stops for 15 /20 minutes thenjust stopped in a car park where all the buses went to. A guide came and asked us (about half the bus load) why are we still on the bus - - we'd been on the bus over 4 hours in total , she saw our issues and told the driver to take us back to the Celebrity cruis ship - which he did going back the wrong way - no excuses for roadworks or demos. please Maybe get a bus driver who knows the route , how to drive and improve the commentary - just too much Fado music and not much else The complaints department is useless, they ask questions you've already answered, they told me that I'd only get a partial refund after digging out all the details they asked for as id been on the tour. MY FIRST EMAIL TOLD THEM I'D BEEN ON THE BUS , so you'll get no sense from them

Y muy especialmente destacó el trabajo de Martina una azafata del servicio en Florencia amable, con dominio del inglés y el español, con capacidad de trabajo y de explicar a los clientes perfectamente el funcionamiento del servicio de bus turístico. We bought a ticket albufeira on 11th September to go blue line told we would be picked up outside office 9.45 following morning .a few others arrived along with representative when bus arrived the representative was told by driver all stops had been changed overnight blueline didn't pick up their anymore also over half stops had been removed from trip representative wasn't any help said didn't sell us tickets had to get refund online we tried this they refused this saying buses were running that day yes they were running but not the trip we had paid for and we were left stranded without pick up with alot of angry people wasting a morning of their holidays and a couldn't care rep that was no help at all now company does not respond back to my emails
Just back from Chester where we purchased a 48 hour ticket. During that two days we had SEAN as our driver several times and cannot speak highly enough of him. Great ambassador for his company. We added the Chester Boat 30 minute trip which was also great value.
Der Kundenfänger beim Zoo Berlin konnte sogut wie kein Deutsch. Wir buchten das Kombiticket einen Tag zuvor, was 10% Rabatt gab. Die Info welche wir erhielten, dass die Busse jeweils alle 25 Minuten kommen. Man kann somit aussteigen, etwas anschauen und dann in den nächsten Bus steigen... Wir stiegen beim Fernsehturm aus, um auf die grüne Linie zu wechseln. Nach 35 Minuten kam der nächste Bus der roten Linie. Buschauffeur von oben herab, die grünen bmBusse fahren nur alle 50 Minuten, sie haben schließlich nur 2 davon. Ich solle ihm beweisen wer uns was anderes gesagt hat. Er wollte unser Ticket sehen und fing an zu lachen als er den Namen unseres Verkäufers las. FAZIT: Grüner Bus kam nicht, haben die Tour mit dem roten zu Ende gemacht. Lohnt sich NICHT! Unfreundliches Personal, keine/schlechte Infos. Gebt das Geld lieber für gutes Essen aus, ihr habt mehr davon.
Last Sunday I took my daughter to London and we decided to take the green tour and our driver John was extremely helpful, polite and knowledgeable to everyone. My daughter and I enjoyed the bus experience very much and look forward to doing it again soon. Would thoroughly recommend it.
Cogimos el bus en Palma de Mallorca. Éramos un grupo de 11 personas. Compramos los billetes allí mismo y nos aseguró la señora, Silvina, que en el siguiente bus cabíamos sin problema. A la hora de subir nos dice el conductor que los carritos por detrás. A la que vamos, la señora que nos vendió los tickets nos grita y acusa de estar colándonos 😱. Le explicamos lo que nos ha dicho el conductor y como medida, dice que por hacer eso no vamos a ir todos juntos porque no hay sitio… y la parte de abajo estaba vacía!! Le decimos que somos un grupo, que ella aseguró que entrábamos todos y que abajo estaba vacío. Pues nos contesta que en la siguiente parada sube gente y hay que dejar hueco ( en la siguiente parada, la catedral, se bajó mas de medio bus…) Total, nos vamos la mitad del grupo y a los que se quedan en tierra les dice que como protestemos encima se quedan sin subir 🤣 le exponemos todo lo que nos dijo y contesta que eso pasa por comprar las entradas online!! Cuando fue ella quien nos las vendió 10’ atras. Le enseñamos el ticket y todo, se puso a gritar que estaba harta y que no nos enterábamos de nada. Pedimos que nos devolviera el dinero y se marchó. En cuanto al bus, no hay aire acondicionado. Los niños, bebes y adultos sudando. Horrible. Los auriculares no funcionaban. Por hacer no entraban ni en la ranura. Experiencia nefasta. Dar 1 estrella es mucho
Having really enjoyed the BELFAST tour previously, I was keen to share with family and recommended we do it again. The guys that run the commentary and drive the buses are great, however if you ever find yourself in a situation where you need to interact with customer services, then good luck. You can't get past the person you'd like to make a complaint about as there are no names or contacts listed anywhere - which presumably is for this exact reason. Rude, obstructive, dishonest and pushy... If only Customer Services were blessed with the same expertise, charm & wit as the drivers.

Because they won't publish negative verified reviews on their site I repeat my review here. Hop on off Palma de Mallorca 14/8/24: Canceled without any form of information because of some drops of rain. After the first step out in the Spanish village we waited two hours before somebody could call to get this news. We did the rest of the city by feet. At 15/8 they were driving but they let people out to the Bellver castle when it was closed. Ticket was refunded after one week.
Wir haben die Tour gebucht, warteten am vereinbarten Treffpunkt Bus kam 1,5 Stunden nicht, probierten es am Tag darauf nochmals diesmal früher und abermals kam der Bus nicht, wir gingen nach 1,5 Stunden Wartezeit, bei der Telefonnummer erwischt man niemanden. Wollten auf die kostenlose Stornierung zurückgreifen. Leider meldet sich mal 2 Wochen keiner von der Firma und dann wurde nur mitgeteilt, wir können den Gutschein noch ein Jahr in LA in Anspruch nehmen,… keine Stornierung möglich und auch keine andere Stadt … Geld ist weg
Siviglia acquistiamo due biglietti alle 11 del mattino, poi purtroppo lasciamo i biglietti in hotel ma siamo tranquilli perché abbiamo voucher sul telefono e scontrino.Bene anzi male perché l’autista si è rifiutato di farci salire.
Wir haben die Tour in Malaga gebucht, nach einer Station hat uns der Busfahrer mit „Change Bus“ aus dem Bus hinausgeworfen. Keine Erklärung, gar nichts, der nächste Bus nahm uns nicht mit. Die Vertreterin der Firma, die am Stopp die Tickets verkaufte, meinte nur, wir sollen auf den nächsten warten, sie geht das nichts an.

Nov 02,2024Steh statt Fahrzeiten. Man wartet im Schnitt zw.40-60 Minuten auf einen Bus.Fahrer sehr unfreundlich und desinteressiert. Stationen werden nicht angesagt und Informationen sehr spärlich und meistens uninteressant. So macht Hop on off keinen Spaß
