The commentary was clear and easy to follow - an excellent mix of solid information and anecdotes - so easy to take in and not too heavy. We regard it as an excellent way of getting an overview of a city and a perfect choice for us as my husband's mobility is limited

Oct 01,2020Waited for 11am bus with a queue of many other people, including a couple with the wife in a wheel chair. 11am bus did not arrive. At 11.45am the 12noon bus arrived, when the couple in front of us tried to board she was told the ramp was not working, could she get out and walk on! She was not to pleased and told the driver if I could walk i wouldn't be in this! They were not happy but agreed the would wait another hour for the next bus, only to be told by the driver that that bus was the same. They were most upset by this time, which so was I, absolutely disgusting service, wasting peoples time and not proving the service they should be.

Sep 30,2020Lovely tour. For some reason there was a problem with my online order email but the driver was able to sort it out no problem. Commentary is good and there’s lots to see. We’ve done these all over the world but never our own city so it was nice to see Glasgow as a tourist!!

Sep 29,2020Found getting registered on the app and making a payment cumbersome and awkward on my phone, but, persevered! Trip was very good, with very clear and informative commentary and plenty of stops. Could do with a fuller timetable on the app. Recommended.

Sep 28,2020Our trip to Bath was cut short so we didn't have as long as we had hoped to do our sight-seeing. We had been told by a couple of people that the City Sightseeing Bus Tour was really worthwhile doing so we booked this online. Both tours were really informative and we are glad we did it! Have to give special thanks to the member of staff at the start point for both tours... he was really helpful on keeping anyone who asked updated on bus times etc

Sep 26,2020Friendly welcome. Social distancing carried out and clear instructions provided. Guide was funny and informative. A lot more information on Glasgow’s buildings could have filled some gaps such as fish market building. We couldn’t access the Barras but a drive past candleriggs or necropolis would be a good substitute. Smoke time for it. It’s a good tour but could be doing with a refresh

Sep 26,2020Great fun on skyline & city tours of Bath. Brilliant to get a taste of the area & then used for getting around. Commentary tended towards misogyny on at least one occasion & needs updating to reflect today’s values - but overall a great experience.

Oct 04,2020An expensive tour. We managed to take the whole route, but headphones didn't work well and the "narration" was very poor. The bus stops are not that easy to find. So be prepared to get lost a lot. It was sadly not what we expected, but the staff was very nice.
