Hatten die 2 Touren in Berlin. Infos im Bus sehr spärlich z.T.auch niveaulose Witze. Uns wurde auch nicht gesagt, dass um 17 Uhr der Bus einfach stehen bleibt und alle Passagiere rauswirft, egal wie weit die Tour ist. Im Flyer steht auch nicht, so was wie Beginn letzte Tour. Und total überteuert für das was man bekommt
Do not take the bus in Madrid if you’re looking for Hop on Hop off. It doesn’t stop to let you on or off! The side of the bus advertises Hop on Hop off! We were given the brochure by the bus attendant at the stop, who gave us our ticket, at no point was it said it was NOT a Hop on- Hop off, or we would not have purchased the tickets, we have been on many City Sightseeing buses in different countries and this is the most disappointing, complete waste of money! We walked 30mins to one stop hoping to catch bus, it went right past us with driver waving her hand! Had to get a taxi to return to main area. If you want to visit different parts of Madrid catch a taxi!
I had very negative experience with this company in Perth. After losing a tour bus not on time, the company refused to provide a refund without much explanation. I feel this behaviour is unethical and misleading. I suggest looking for alternative ways to tour around australian cities. Experiences could turn sadly into nightmares with Sightseeing Tours Australia
Réservation d'un pass 5 jours pour 4 personnes sur NYC pour un séjour en avril 2025 (1200€). Impossible de réaliser les réservations depuis leur site, nombreux mails envoyés au support, des délais de réponses supérieur à 48h, et aucune solutions vis a vis des blocages. Impossible de joindre l’assistance au téléphone. En bref, Passez votre chemin vous l'avez compris en identifiant le nombre d'insatisfaction des clients.
Wahnsinns Betrug ! Mir wurde der doppelte Betrag abgebucht und jede meine Nachrichten wird einfach ignoriert. Unfassbar sowas! Dabei sind das fast 60€ gewesen! Niemals mehr !!!!!!

Perdimos mucho tiempo buscando sus paradas no señalizadas, al ser así en más de una ocasión nos equivocamos por unos metros del lugar exacto y después de haber esperado y perdido bastante tiempo esperando vimos como nos pasaba el autobús por delante de las narices y aún estando parado en un semáforo el conductor se negaba a abrirnos. El segundo día Madrid tenía calles cortadas y por ningún canal se nos avisó de que las paradas del bus (las cuales no están indicadas en ninguna parte) no eran las habituales por lo que volvimos a perder muchísimo tiempo. Finalmente para no seguir amargándonos decidimos ir a pie y en metro por la ciudad. Así que perdimos tiempo y dinero gracias a City Sightseeing y ganamos una cantidad importante de malestar. Además, la audio-guía muy escueta, explicaba muy pocas cosas, mucha música y poco más Cada vez que esperabamos un bus, resulta que el que venía era de City Madrid (la competencia) eran abundantes, tenían las paradas señalizadas y sin duda si vuelvo a Madrid serán con los que reserve

I've booked the ticket in Prague. I've been waiting on bus stop for 30 minutes, than bus just passed without stoping(bus driver have seen us, but rejected to stop). I've decided to take a taxi and leave in 20 minutes. Client service rejected to cancel ticket because "it's within normal wait time, you have to wait hour before leave"
die Berliner Lichtertour hat ca 15 Minuten gedauert, dann hatte der Bus Technikprobleme, Totalausfall. Die Erstattung wurde zugesagt, ist aber nach 2,5 Monaten immer noch nicht eingetroffen..Das macht keinen Spaß, also: nicht noch einmal!
Never ever book a ticket in advance, once you book, if for some reason if have to cancel it's not possible. Very poor customer service, they don't even bother to respond your mails..
This company is an absolute fraud and a complete disgrace to the tourism industry. I booked an online city sightseeing tour for Edinburgh and it was a disaster. They claim their bus frequency is 30 minutes, but I waited for over an hour and no bus showed up! Initially, I even tried to get assistance by asking for the nearest bus stop from my location, but their customer service is non-existent. All you get are useless AI-generated responses—no live agents at all. According to them live chat means, fill online form and it takes hours to get a meaningless reply from humans. When I finally demanded a refund for this pathetic service, they outright refused! Instead, they had the audacity to tell me I could use my ticket within 12 months. They expect tourists to come back to this country just to avail their terrible, unreliable buses? DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY AND TIME ON THIS FRAUD COMPANY. You’ll ruin your trip entirely. Go to main stop in Edinburgh and you’ll see other companies with better service. For example, I used another company (Bright Buses), —buses every 15 minutes, cooperative staff and actual physical presence at stops to assist you.
Completely useless. Bought tickets for the hole family in Hué. Waited 1 hour at the stop. Finally got in contact with an employee, who told us the timetable has changed. Ask for a timetable, couldn’t give us any, but told us we could take a taxi to the ticket office and talk to them 😂 ridiculous!
Very poor information about logistics. Bought a 24h ticket with boattrip from The Tower. Only the seller at Piccadelly Cirkus kiosk forgot to mention that the last boat is at 7.15. Plus the last bus around 6. Despite the busses departure every 15 min until 7 o'clock. He also forgot the 15% BF discount when billing.... Dont recommend them at all.
Four of us joined the City Sightseeing bus outside our hotel, one of the main stops for all hop-on-hop off buses. We rode to the London Bridge stop and got off. Later, we walked to the Tower of London bus stop. It was cold and drizzly. Our group of four waited outside, for forty-five minutes watching all the other buses stop multiple times, to pick up customers. The City Sightseeing company representative at the stop was polite and apologetic. He finally shared that our bus line only had ten buses running on this Tuesday where the competitors had twenty. Being wet and cold we decided to take the bus back to our hotel, south of Buckingham Palace. Prior to driving to our hotel location on the scheduled route, our driver detoured and missed about three scheduled stops. I had to get out of my seat and approach the driver to ask about our stop. He pulled to the curb, about half a mile away from our hotel and told us that he could not go that direction due to a detour. Needless to say, there was no detour as all the other buses were going that direction. In the end, our group of four had to walk about a half mile back to our hotel.
Took city sightseeing tour in Berlin. Advertised as bus every 20 to 25 minutes. We were stranded at the Berlin Zoo in the cold for 1 1/2 hours. No bus. Had to take 20€ taxi back to hotel. Not amused.
Booked a last minute tour with them for a trip in Dublin. One of the reasons I picked them was because I knew it was last minute, and there might not be time to complete a tour, and the site had plastered all over it 'Free Cancelation' We stepped on a bus and asked the driver if there was any point trying to do a tour and he said they would be finishing for the day in a few stops and recommended we get the refund. Fair enough, so I contacted support for the refund and they are outright refusing stating that they cant refund the tickets even though we never actually sat down on the bus or redeemed any ticket. Really poor service!
This is an awful company - don’t waste your money. Also had a terrible experience in Lisbon - advertised as buses every 10 mins at the bus stop. We waited 1 hr with my kids (2, 7) and my 80 year old dad! 4 buses from another company came and went in that time. It also says 24 hours but in reality the buses stop at 6pm. Complete mis advertising and I will report to trading standards. I emailed them and they gave me £6.80 as a “gesture of goodwill” 😂 absolutely awful service, would not recommend and will not be using again. @citysightseeingworldwide

Tour wird mit 120 Minuten beworben, davon steht man aber ungefähr 20-30 Minuten in der "Pause" an einer Haltestelle und es findet eigentlich keine Tour statt. Die Erklärungen im Audioguide sind viel zu kurz (und mitunter nicht mehr aktuell), die Witze flach und teilweise chauvinistisch - bitte dringend überarbeiten!!! Die Technik (Kopfhöreranschluss) funktioniert nicht auf allen Plätzen.
