Sep 07,2020City Sightseeing is always a good choice in a new or unfamiliar city. I highly recommend the Skyline tour for those new to Bath! It was gorgeous. Covid regulations are being followed well and the bus drivers are very helpful. The route was interrupted substantially by roadworks and construction, but the tour operated as best as it could. Definitely a company I look out for in new cities!

Sep 06,2020Sadly there wasn't any social distancing happening they had every seat full even telling anyone getting on the bus to sit next to complete strangers, decided to get off becuase of this so I paid for nothing

Sep 05,2020La sincronización de los buses con la app muy buena, poder empezar en cualquier parada genial y ayuda bastante a conocer la ciidad. En cuanto al recorrido bien aunque eche en falta adentrarse mas en las calles por las que pasan coches del casco antiguo. La limpieza suficiente aunque se podría mejorar

Sep 03,2020Took two elderly relatives on the tour as a staycation treat. Due to COVID restrictions most major venues were closed so had no interest in the hop on/off aspect and hoped for a good commentary as have experienced in many cities. We were very disappointed. Tour guide had a good grasp of the English language but it was so heavily accented (Spanish I think) we found it difficult to understand. So did the rest of the passengers who’s kids then got bored and drowned her out with noise. No real local knowledge and no Glasgow humour. A very expensive bus trip all in.

Sep 07,2020My reason for 3 stars? We purchased tickets online, went to the bus stop, waited for 20 mins - but when the bus arrived, we, along with several other people - the bus was unable to accept online reservations! So we were unable to get on the bus! He suggested we try later in the day! Not very happy about this at all. We were only around for a short time - hence booking the city sightseeing bus - then having purchased a ticket online - the only way to get on the bus was to buy another ticket - even though we could PROVE we had bought tickets, his machine was not working -therefore we couldn't get on the bus. I think nowadays - with all things being linked - there should have been something on the website to prevent us from buying a ticket. Additionally - it would have been good if the company had something in place to accept persons that had purchased online - it is not the customers fault that the compan'ys gadgets are not working! We did get the bus the next morning (having extended our trip) and all was working okay by then. Once on the bus, it was all very pleasant, but it would stop me doing this in the future.
