Sep 17,2020Booked one day Belfast sightseeing 9th Sept After being on the bus told that the bus doesn't go to 3 stops including Parliament buildings This wasnt mentioned on the website Also told that there is a reduced rate for going on the bus only one round and this option was not on the web Driver was not sympathetic at all

Sep 16,2020Have given 3 stars as I recognise that covid is not their fault - however the operating hours and frequency of the tour was pretty inadequate. Tour itself was fine. I had planned to disembark at Phoenix Park which was an advertised stop but had been withdrawn with no explanation other than 'coronavirus'

Sep 16,2020Was easy to see parts of Edinburgh at your own leisure , bus drivers all very friendly and helpful and also ticket valid for 24 hours , would highly recommend .

Sep 16,2020Unfortunately I had to cancel due to my partner being unwilling to travel to Scotland as the Covid crisis ramps up again. The company was extremely understanding & I had no problem in obtaining a refund.

Sep 16,2020Very disappointing - service reduced to bi-hourly without warning. Stops were just random places in scruffy looking resorts. Possibly missed the best by hopping off before the strip - would’ve got back on after lunch but didn’t want to wait 2 hours. I understand that Covid issues caused the reduced service but it should have been mentioned at the time of purchase. The gesture of extending the life of the ticket by a further 24 hours was appreciated but Not compensation for the lack of communication

Sep 16,2020My mum and I did the sightseeing tour in Oxford as one of the thins we wanted to do for our 1 week stay here. It was very interesting to learn all these facts about Oxford. The different language options made it really easy to understand everything. These options were particularly helpful because my mum is not fluent in English. The discounts that came wih the ticket were easy to use and did not cause any issues. Overall there is nothing to complain for me about. 10/10 will take another one again if I come across one in a different city :)

Sep 14,2020J'ai réservé et payé pour le 12/09/2020.. Rien n'était indiqué sur le site, ils m'ont laissé payer.. Quelle surprise une fois arrivée à Bruxelles de savoir que les bus ne circulent plus à cause du covid.... Laisser payer les gens pour rien..... Alors ok c'est valable un an mais en attendant j'ai payé pour rien.. Très mauvaise comm!

Sep 08,2020The tour itself was beautifull. But the service of some busdrivers was terrible. The first day there was no bus for almost 2 hours! On the app there was also no bus seeing.

Sep 08,2020The tour did not go near the most interesting parts of the City. We just did one circuit of the tour and then found the best sights on foot.

Sep 17,2020I’ve had some really good trips with City Sightseeing in the past but last week I was in Berlin and all of the information was wrong. It wasn’t clear what time the bus would get to each stop or even what the stops were, in fact, the stops weren’t even the ones that were advertised in the leaflet - the bus took an entirely different route. I bought a bus and boat trip package too and the boat time information given to me by city sightseeing was also wrong by an hour, giving us a very long wait for the boat and leaving us without the bus to pick us up after the boat as the last bus time would have picked us up and taken us back to where we were staying had the boat been the hour earlier like it should have been. All in all, though, my experience with this company has been positive.
