We weren't made aware of the road works and we missed 4/5 stops. Whole loop was less than 1 hour, very disappointing!

The bus guide was good. The bus comes frequently and covers a large number of the bigger attractions. I personally found the recorded commentary a bit dry. There was a horrible histories version of the commentary of kids but we didn't realize how to access that until near the end of the trip. The staff however at the ticket office and the bus driver himself was very helpful and friendly when we approached them.

The tour was ok, not amazing like the London tour. Very slow to get going with a lot of stop starting, I don’t feel that we saw the best parts of Bath and there were an awful lot of road works which meant we lost a few stops. We sat in the top and even though I was only surrounded by my own family and was no where near other people on the bus I was told to keep my face mask on.

The tour was really good. Amazing and friendly staff always available for help. When I booked online, i didn't realise that i had booked vouchers instead of the tickets, and needed to redeem my vouchers for the actual tickets. Luckily, there were many tour staff scattered around the area and I was able to redeem my vouchers for tickets. The staff member was very kind and provided us with a map and directions to the meeting point for the tour. Apart from the miserable weather, the tour was amazing and informative. Definitely would recommend this to anyone passing through Edinburgh.

No social distance in place is the main reason for the low score. On two occasion’s I had to stop strangers from sitting either next to me or another member of my family. They really should be managing the social distance better and even keeping every other seat empty or making sure families are sitting in their own “pod”. Why in the current climate would anyone want strangers sitting next to them, especially when two adults more than fill a seat on a bus, seats on buses are not exactly spacious! Other than the social distance issue, I’d say good way to see the sights, the commentary was good.

Very good tours on 3 routes. We hadn’t taken into account the need to book In advance at various tourist locations due to covid Restrictions on numbers (silly error on my part), so being able to book the bus tours was a lifesaver for my family, including an 11 year old and elderly wheelchair user, when visiting Edinburgh.

Alex our driver was very helpful with our problematic tickets. All sorted in minutes. Tour narration was very informative, and what a view from the top deck of lovely Edinburgh. A very enjoyable experience.

Excellent service. 24 hour family ticket bought pm meant could be used am next day. Only £35 for 4. So 2 tours on 2 consecutive days possible. Commentary very interesting. Plenty of hop on hop off stops. Short medium or long tour. Long tour takes in Leith. All in all an excellent way to see Edinburgh, before deciding where to explore in more detail. Highly recommended.
