This was a good trip, the two routes cover a big area and it is good value – there are add-on options for the second route, increasing the validity of the ticket to 48 hours and including a boat trip. The staff on the ground are very helpful and hard-working (in very hot conditions when I was there). The one aspect which wasn’t so good was the audio commentary. It was just odd, two guys arguing and scoring points off each other. They were also quite derisory about some of the sights and areas of Berlin we saw on the way round, and also very sexist – several comments along the lines of ‘not letting your wife loose in the department store with your credit card,’ or ‘there’s a train set in that shopping centre to entertain the men while the women go shopping’ – just really inappropriate gender stereotyping and basically old-fashioned. I have been on City Sightseeing tours in several other cities (Rome, Copenhagen) and never experienced this before. Needs updating.

Only problem was the trees as we were on top deck we got hit by overhanging trees ! But love it a little quick sometimes but that was did to the traffic.

We always try to use City Sightseeing when we visit a new city, due to the quality of their trips and their customer assistance. Edinburgh met our expectations again.

Really glad we booked this tour, my little boy loved the horrible history part of the tour, a really great day out hopping on and off the bus.

I was looking forward to visit the castle in Cardiff but cause of Covid, it did not happen. Beforehand, I decided to book online the Sightseeing Tours Bus. I was upstairs shelted by the rain. The Tours gave us an historical commentary on Cardiff and its surroundings. I am pleased, I did book the Tours despite the rain.

Very helpful and friendly drivers on each bus we hopped on. We will definitely book again next time we visit. It was great to be able to use different buses as well as the type we’d booked with.

We recently had a tour of Edinburgh and David our guide was knowledgeable, entertaining. I would recommend jumping on any of the buses to go on a tour of the old and new parts of the city.

There was just a minimal service with just 2 of 3 routes and not even 50% of scheduled departures without any notification while buying the ticket on the official website for the full price. Customer service didn’t gave a voucher or refund even after request of that.

Really great tour. Fantastic that it can be used over 24hrs so even if u start half way through the day you’ve got until the next day to use it. Bus drivers are fantastic. Especially Hillary. She was lovely. Highly recommend it.

No pude disfrutar el servicio contratado. Solicite una devolución de mi dinero explicando en detalle lo sucedido y aún no tengo respuesta. El bus no respetaba los horarios de parada por lo que en dos ocasiones que quise subirme para continuar el recorrido no pude hacerlo debido a su falta de profesionalidad y falta de respeto al cliente y turista que se sabe que su tiempo en una ciudad que está visitando es finito y no reemplazable.
