Aug 20,2020The tour is so informative and convenient! Hopping on and off gives one the opportunity to really see the city. The bus drivers are so courteous and helpful. Buses themselves are super clean and comfortable. Would definitely recommend to anyone visiting edinburgh.

Aug 19,2020Sightseeing tour was very good, great route and lots of stops available. I did notice that some of the other companies were offering the same tour at a much lower price but can't comment on what the experience was like with the other tour companies

Aug 18,2020Nice little tour furnished with simple commentary. The city tour 1was cool and great busdriving. The Skyline tour in summer wasn't as good as all the look to your right or left was TOTALLY obscured by trees. Lovley as that is, you can forget seeing the city from the hills

I believe there were only 4 buses doing the entire route, so you simply cannot get off at as many stops as you like as the time will be up and you will have to make your own way home. Also, buying a ticket online was a complete waste. After purchase we got an email saying we needed to go all the way to Valletta to activate our ticket and couldn't just get on at the nearest stop. This took up an hour of our time and we made the second last bus of the day (the last bus leaving Valletta leaves around 1:30pm). The staff were rather unpleasant and unhelpful. We had to go back to the staff to ask for the brochure and headphones and this seemed like an effort to them and they didn't speak just handed them to us. The announcements on the headphones were very limited. We stayed on the bus for maybr 1 hour 45 mins without getting off as we had to choose our one stop (as time allowed) wisely. We got off in Mdina which was a lovely and interesting town and made our way back to our accommodation by local bus.

Lasted just over an hour and meant you got to see some of the great buildings & sights of Edinburgh, including Holyrood, GreyFriars Bobby, Arthur’s Seat, Holyrood Palace etc. We were very fortunate with the weather, it was very warm, so open top was where we were. Didn’t use the free earphones as we know Edinburgh well enough to know where we were. Highly recommended. Great effortless way to see the sights & of course you can hop on & off.

Aug 15,2020Me and my wife use the service wherever we go, it is very good and practical. But however in Brussels for the 1st time I am disappointed. For 2 reasons: 1) I can’t understand how you left Portuguese out of the languages of the guide. It is the 4th most spoken language in the world. 2) In the middle of summer the bus stops 17:30? How more 1:30 of service would help to spread more COVID-19? I really can’t understand that. Summing up: I finished my tour by Uber. The rest, as usual. Good enough. Thank you.

Aug 14,2020We booked (2 families) the City Sightseeing as we only had one full day in Edinburgh. The busses were clean, following current Covid regulations and and the bus drivers were very good. However, although it was mentioned in both the Green and Blue lines that the tours run till 7:00pm we were left by the Royal Brittania at 5:50 (just missed the blue bus). We waited till 6:20 as they should be 2 more buses and eventually we took a public bus to city centre. We tried while waiting to call the company but the lines were very busy and after 6:00 nobody was answering. A better communication would help.

Aug 13,2020£34 a waste off my hard earned money you would have been better off with a taxi would have seen more of bath .felt like u were on a local bus stop every 10 minutes .rip off not recommended

Aug 13,2020Excellent tour. Both adults and kids entertained and learned lots about Edinburgh with the standard English and horrible histories comments. Would highly recommend. Staff also friendly and helpful and reassured us with the extra cleaning measures for COVID.

Aug 13,2020This was an excellent tour and would highly recommend it to anyone. The driver was very friendly and gave a lot of information along the way. Only down side was you could not control the volume for the headphones, so was very loud. Thank you

Aug 13,2020We booked via the website and after a couple of technical problems got out voucher delivered to our email. We were also impressed that the family ticket included 2 adults and 3 children. We got on at stop 1. The driver was friendly and helpful particularly as the voucher on the phone did not scan. The bus was well organised with instructions on how to socially distance during the tour. We got a route map onboard. The tour was informative and interesting and we were able to hop on and off although it was quite busy at times. However staying for the duration of the tour is possible as the main attractions are all withing walking distance. Our tickets allowed us to both tours which was an added bonus although we ran out of time. I would strongly recommend the tour.
