Aug 05,2020The bus tour was very good and went to the relevant places. The audio and provision of headphones was excellent overall. At times it seemed to be out of sync with our location but that is expected.

Aug 05,2020Fantastic way of seeing Warsaw. We received free masks. we saw staff cleaning all the common areas. And only 7 people on the bus. Felt really secure. And Warsaw is an amazing city

Aug 04,2020This isn’t a hop on hop off service any more as only running hourly due to Covid (unclear of the link here though as surely more buses would help with social distancing). The website is confusing as contradictory information still indicated it was running every 20-30 mins. We waited an hour and then the bus sailed passed us with the driver not even looking out or stopping in case (the stop had other buses on it). With 3 young kids that wasn’t a great start to our day. We eventually caught the bus a little later and it was a nice tour around the city. You just need to ensure your whole website is swept to clarify running times and also put notices on the stops.

Aug 03,2020A great way to see the city. It was a bit slow to start but great once it got going. The walking tour which took around an hour was certainly worth it. Our tour guide was extremely interesting & knowledgeable. I’d certainly recommend.

Aug 03,2020It was our first visit to Edinburgh. The driver was super helpful, he explained to us where we can hop off to get other things done likd shopping and where we can hop on to keep going with the site seeing. Thank you. Great service, plenty of space at top floor.

Aug 02,2020Wir buchten die Tour,da einem mehrere Routen zu Verfügung stehen,jedoch fuhr der Bus nur eine kleine Runde,alle anderen Toure fanden Corona bedingt nicht statt.Dieses wurde jedoch nicht mitgeteilt.Der Tagespreis war der gleiche!

Jul 31,2020I listened to the Málaga City Tour audios in German. The voice was of a truly terrible speaker, who could (at least) pronounce the Spanish names correctly, but was otherwise unable to read the script like a professional. There´s a difference between someone who speaks a language and a professional speaker. Sentences were cut in half, the language melody was weird and it was a generally unpleasant voice to hear. On top of that, at one point, the audio was briefly in Dutch (and no, I didn´t switch channels) only to then continue back in German. Someone editing the audios must have mixed it up by accident. Please review the quality of the audio guide in German as it truly ruins an otherwise nice city tour.

Jul 31,2020Cena zdecydowanie za wysoka do świadczonych usług. Mieliśmy pakiet z 2 dodatkowymi atrakcjami. Wybraliśmy rejs po Wetławie (tu wszystko w porządku) oraz wejście na Hradczany. Na miejscu okazało się, że wejście na dziedziniec jest bezpłatne, ale jeśli chcemy obejść całą katedrę św. Vita oraz wejść do Pałacu musimy wykupić kolejne bilety. W kasie nas poinformowano, że to co zakupiliśmy w City Sightseeing nie jest akceptowane. Rozczarowanie na bardzo wysokim poziomie. Z pozytywnych aspektów, obsługa bardzo miła. Język polski dostępny w busie. ******************************* The price is definitely too high for the services provided. We had a package with 2 additional attractions. We chose a cruise on Vltava (everything is fine here) and the entrance to Hradčany. On the spot it is a place that entry is free, but if you want to recreate the cathedral of St. Vita and the entrance to the Palace know to buy another tickets. At the checkout we were informed that we had purchased from City Sightseeing not too bad. Disappointment at a very high level. On a positive note, the service was very nice. Polish language available on the bus.

Jul 31,2020Great wee bus tour lasting about 45/50 minutes at the moment. There is a section of road closed, shortening the route significantly. (The price is not reduced though!) The ticket is valid for 24 hours. The staff are friendly and the commentary funny and informative. York is beautiful and full of history. We enjoyed it so much we went round twice! It advertised a discount on the city cruise with this ticket but it turned out to be just £1 off per adult, so £1 off for me alone with 2 kids which was pretty pointless.

Jul 30,2020Long wait for the bus. They went every hour! Commentary but boring. Didn’t seem to have much to say. The tour did give us a chance to find our way around but very expensive for what you get.

Jul 29,2020We did the York open top bus, was superb!!! Only problem we had was we booked the tickets on line but the email tickets didnt come through until 5 hours later! Luckily we had proof on our bank statement we had booked!

Jul 27,2020Excellent choice. Driver was polite and drove safely. The guide was fantastic, funny and knowledgeable. Good value and excellent social distancing measures for ours and others safety. Definitely recommend and I would use them again.

Jul 21,2020We had a 48h ticket for the sightseeing bus in Seville. However, we were very disappointed because the bus only drove until 3 p.m. on both days and it was really early as there was a lot to see in Seville. The ticket was too expensive for that, because it wasn't really worth it afterwards. Furthermore, there was only one bus that drove the route, so it took us ages to get back in if it wasn't later than 3 p.m.

Aug 05,2020Had a good time. Learnt lots about Edinburgh. We sat upstairs and felt safe. We had intended to take a red bus but it turned out at the moment, our tickets were valid for several of the other tours too.
