Jul 18,2020The Tour is fine but the time table is too short. On the Homepage, we can read from 9am till 5pm but the reality was different. We asked the bus driver who told us that the Tours go till 5pm which means for instance that the last bus starting from the Brandenburger Tor was leaving at 3.18 pm which was much too early for us as we started at 12.30. Much too short on a sunday in July

Then, cause of very nasty time table of In Warsaw, I canceled booking and ask for money back on your websites. Today I discover you get money from my credit cards. This is simply scandalous!!! I ask for immediate money back. If your company will not make that I’ll forget your services all over the world and I’ll tell all the fact to many people. Waiting for prompt response.“

Jul 12,2020Due to coronavirus, Sevilla’s city bus was unable to forward a full service. Several stops have been cancelled And ouf hôtel situed at Macarana was transfères to Duque without information. Naturalmenty we paid full price without discount and we consider that like a shame. Regards Jean-Pierre Fournier PS : at least in Cadiz they had honesty to cancel the tour.

Jul 09,2020It was really expensive and not very efficient. The bus stops on the map were not where the bus actually stopped, and sometimes it wasn’t even close. The audio only worked for about 5 minutes of our tour. If I could do it over again, I would have just traveled using regular city transportation.

Jul 08,2020El día 02-07-2020 realicé un tour en Cadiz. En el momento de la contratación en las condiciones ponía claramente que el tour estaba operativo desde las 10h. h hasta las 21 h. y que los autobuses pasarían por las paradas cada 25 minutos. Un engaño total. Solo funcionaba de 10 h. hasta las 15 h.. y por las paradas cada 1 hora y 15 minutos. Eso sí, cobrar me cobraron la totalidad del tour en condiciones normales, 22 € cada uno y eramos dos personas. Decepcionante.

Jul 03,2020Am 2.7.2020 wäre ich gerne mit meiner Familie in Berlin unterwegs gewesen. Leider haben Sie mir ein wenig die Tour vermasselt. An keiner der Haltestellen war erkennbar wo der Bus hält die. Ständig liefen wir den Bussen hinterher. Von der Firma in grün sahen wir ständig Personal an den Haltestellen herum stehen. Von Ihnen habe ich lediglich am Neptunbrunnen eine Dame gesehen, die mir auch die Tickets ausgedruckt hat. In der App, in der man eigentlich hätte erkennen sollen wo sich gerade ein Bus befindet, waren nur 3-4 Busse eingezeichnet. Diese waren auch nur auf der roten Route erkennbar. Auf der grünen Route war kein einziger Bus eingezeichnet. Man wusste auch nie auf welcher Seite der der Straße Der Bus anhält. Da wir auch ständig auf die Busse in pink und gelb ausweichen sollten, war die Route natürlich auch nicht die, die in unserem Flyer stand. Alles sehr verwirrend! Statt also bequem mit dem Bus von ihnen durch die Stadt zu fahren, mussten wir ständig auf Straßenbahn und S-Bahn umsatteln. Dadurch sind uns selbstverständlich zusätzliche Kosten entstanden. Von gutem Service kann ja also keine Rede sein. Kein Vergleich zu ihren Kollegen in London oder Barcelona.

Jun 15,2020Nice tour and guidance, but departures didn't happen as regular as expected. We waited in 2 day 1x 30mins and another time 40 mins. Additionally we had to leave a bus before 5pm unexpectedly.

Jun 09,2020Busses didn't follow a schedule so it was really difficult to actually start touring. Bus driver didn't stop at every stop because he was so focused on getting to his lunch stop - we were also only supposed to stop for 15 minutes but the driver and the guide decided to make it a 30 min stop so that they could finish eating. I wanted to get off at a stop but wasn't sure if it was the correct one - asked the onboard guide who assured me that the stop I wanted to get off was next (15min drive away), and continued to answer his phone and had a nice chat with a friend. Turns out the stop I wanted to get off at was actually the previous one where they paused at for about 10 seconds.

Jun 08,2020Your Berlin Partnerhotline doesn't work...I had to write emails to England. The Ticketseller didn't know how to handle the voucher... No plan to find the hoponhopoff-places and no sign on the streets. The ticket bus at Kudamm were closed on Saturday.... The stories at the bus were superficial. Never again. The pink-yellowline was much better...

May 22,2020I travelled to Copenhagen with my adult daughter. We bought 72 hour tickets in advance and think the tours were excellent value for money. They cost about £50 for tickets for both of us. We arrived at our hotel by 1pm and were on our first bus by 2pm and visiting the Little Mermaid not long afterwards. In our 4 day, 3 night visit we took the 3 tours available and then used the buses to take us to particular places of interest. Highly recommended.

May 08,2020We booked this as a treat for our 4 yr old as he loves buses and the novelty of a seeing a bus with no roof was very exciting! so we decided to book it, we were not dissapointed! I had pre booked online about 45 minutes before we tried to board the bus but our QR code wouldn't scan, this however was quickly sorted for us by one of the very friendly and very efficient reps! My 4 yr old loved being on a bus with no roof, my 10 yr old loved the Horrible Histories guide and my self and my partner loved the normal tour guide and the fact that we saw a lot more of Edinburgh than we usually if we had been walking!! I would definitely do it again!

Mar 22,2020It was an expensive wee trip for 5 of us. The history of Cardiff was fairly interesting but nothing I couldn't have googled and could have saved a small fortune by using a regular service bus! Bus was old and smelled of diesel making us all feel queasy!
