Mar 20,2020I bought a ticket for Barcelona for the next day. You shut down tours, and are now refusing to refund my money, only let me use it until Dec. I’m out $54 dollars and will not be going back to Spain this year. This is criminal. I will be asking Visa to void my payment.

Mar 20,2020Great price but poorly organize for cruise ship passengers that do not book through the cruise line. We had to walk out of the port and cross a very busy street to get to a small bus. Then, we sat on the bus for 20 minutes waiting to find a seat on a large bus leaving the port. All buses were full. Then, they finally decided to drive the small bus to the city center where we followed, at a snail's pace, another big bus. I don't know if they were hoping the bus would stop and let passengers off so we could get on. Communication with the guests was lacking and staff seemed disorganized. When we finally stopped, we got off the small bus and made our way onto a big bus. The bus was clean and audio was good. We only rode for a few stops before getting off and then got back on to ride to the port after walking around the old town. A good price compared to the cruise ship offering BUT there were disadvantages with port access and transport to the main route.

Mar 20,2020overall expensive given that the buses come every hour and there are too many visit points to be able to do everything on a single day. In case you take the 2-day ticket, it is over-expensive. You have to choose carefully which sites you want to visit. It is almost more convenient to take the regular public transportation : 1.50eur for 1.5 hours of bus (as many buses as you need).

Mar 19,2020I ridden 3 route buses. Red bus and green bus worked many times, but orange bus was rare. I waited next orange bus after I got off, the bus didn't come during one hour.

Mar 19,2020We have taken City Sightseeing tours I’m many cities around the world and every tour has helped us to familiarise us with the area and to enable us to plan where we want to visit in more depth This trip was no less valuable from that point. However I was disappointed that in the winter in Toronto There were only 3 round trips therefore not really hop on hop off as 2 hours between buses There also seemed to be lack of coordination between the tour commentary and the points of interest. On many occasions we had missed the POI That said, we intend to revisit Toronto another time as we had to cut our visit short due Covid so will perhaps have the chance to try your service again

Mar 19,2020We've done many Sight seeing tours with this company and this is the only one we've been disappointed with . We expected the Seville city visit to take us to the Famous Parasol ( mushroom) and cathedral for a photo opportunity, that didn't happen. Much of the visit was just music through our ear pieces as there wasn't much to see. So if you have limited mobility, it may not be for you as you will need to get off and walk to see the sights, which is a shame as they're on a bus route, but the sightseeing bus didn't go there.

Mar 16,2020Bus was great, a lot of information. I bought a 48hr Premium tickets (1 adult & 1 infant (she’s 4years and the infant ticket is up To 5 years) online and in that price there were several things included... BUT I had to show the personnel what was included because I wasnt given tickets for these museums/aquariums etc and I never got the infant ticket so I had to pay EVERYTHING extra for her .. in the end I payed a lot more for her than my ticket. Was very disappointed and the staff was not willing to refund me or be willing to help sort it out.

Mar 15,2020Very poor service in Budapest, as apposed to the same service in Madrid or Vienna. In Budapest, bus stops are very poorly indicated, and as few Hungarians spealk english, finding the City Sightseeing bus stops is a really difficult task. The bus we used had the radio on in such a volume that it was impossible to hear what was said in the earphones; although we asked for the volume to be lowered, it was only for a few moments, after which the volume was again increased! The Portuguese narration in in Portuguese Brazilian and of very poor quality (many words are not well understood), adn the content of the narration could be grealty improved with more important information of the history of Hungary and particularly Budapest. The working hours are also very reduced taking into account the price; therefore, either the price should be reduced or the timetable expanded. In other cities like Madrid, Vienna and Glasgow the service is uncomparably better!

Mar 15,2020Picked up a flyer at timeshare and went to exact location to start our tour. Another couple were also standing on the corner waiting. After 30 minutes went by we called the number listed on flyer and they told us we were not at the correct place. We then walked several blocks to where they told us. Neither spot was labelled as a stop. Finally a bus arrived. Our tour was a bust! It was merely a bus ride through the city. Very disappointing. We learned nothing of the city. We have taken numerous Hop on Hop off bus tours in many cities and never have had an experience like this before.
