Mar 13,2020Hello City Sightseeing I use your product in every country I have ever visited. London, Madrid, Edinburgh, Dublin, Rome ... Here in Cape Tonw it would be no different because I love your tours, but in Cape Town, it was not good for a simple reason, March 8 was closed and I was unable to use my boat tour or the sunset tour. On Monday I managed to use only the sunset and was simply informed that I missed the boat tour and could not do it another day! I was disappointed ... I have always been treated very well in other countries. Could you check out what went wrong and I was able to take the tour? I will be waiting for your answer. Thanks

Mar 12,2020The driver was very rude!!! We initally boarded the bus at the theatre on Monday 2nd March 2020 at about midday and enjoyed the ride on both lines until the bus arrived at the ferry port at about 1500 and were told we simply had to get off the bus!!! We refused saying we needed to get back to the theater, the driver then turned the commentary/ audio tour off purposefully to ensure we missed out, when we asked if he could possibly put it back on so we could hear all of the remaining information that we hadn't previously heard the driver was 'most put out' and by slamming his belongings around in the cab of the bus and endless huffing and puffing, his negative body language all lead to it being very easy to tell he was not at all happy. I'm British and have a good command of English, but I really feel this extremely poor level of customer service could have easily left non-english speakers in a very uncomfortable and difficult position, he truly did not represent you company in the best light

Mar 11,2020Extensive tour to every part of the city - timings a bit erratic but to be expected in such a large city. Easy to hop on and off. Great way to see all the sights and decide which stops to get off to explore

Mar 10,2020The office wasn’t available and so does the buses. Upon inquiry with the local people got to knew that the buses had been stop from past few months. It was wastage of money and time too

Mar 10,2020The buses were very simple to catch, one stand for each of the red/blue routes. We used both routes over the course of our 2 day tickets, taking both the full route for each and also doing smaller sections to use the bus to get us where we wanted to go. The audio was very good (though the music could definitely be improved) giving us a good overview of the city.

Mar 09,2020Great service. Buses left on time and were where they said they would be and on time. It was great to be able to hop on and off thereby allowing us the opportunity to have a look around before moving off to the next village.

Mar 09,2020Гулять по Шардже совершенно не было времени, поэтому решили осмотреть, познакомиться с ней воспользовавшись экскурсионным автобусом. Наверное я ожидал чего-то большего, поэтому впечатления двойственные. Вроде и понравилось, но полученные впечатления далеки от ожидаемых. Работу сотрудников автобуса оцениваю на отлично; помогали как могли. Не понравилась частота движения (дневное время с 9:00 до 18:00 (отправление первого и последнего автобуса)) особенно на зелёной ветке. Через каждые 1ч 15 мин.; итого 8 автобусов в день. Интервал на красной ветке: 45 минут. (Если у вас мало времени, вы как и мы из Дубая, то более детально ознакомиться с достопримечательностями на пути не удастся.

Mar 08,2020I was charged for the trip and could not use it. Honestly I would have been better off walking around myself. The bus was to full and stopped at 5:30 pm which was way to early and the last tour had to be booked by 3pm. I am not happy and feel as though I should get some type of reimbursement.

Mar 08,2020Booked a trip on the Barcelona bus tour on the red and blue route. We took about three busses in all and found the trip quite depressing. Had to move seats a few times to find a headphone points that worked. The bus guides on all the busses were abrupt and rude. Couldn’t wait to get off. Don’t like leaving bad reviews but that’s just how it was.

Mar 08,2020Nice way to orientate around Brussels, but I missed the sign on the front of the second bus I got on and ended up on the same loop again. Perhaps they could find a more prominent way to display the route, but this might be more user error than the fault of the operator.

Mar 07,2020Stationäre Haltestellen fehlen. Wir waren am ersten Tag etwas orientierungslos. Bei einem Doppeldecker war auf dem Oberdeck die Audioanlage out of order.

Mar 13,2020Nous avons réservé pour une soirée de Flamenco à Grenade pour Septembre 2020. City Sigtseeing était le seul opérateur qui offrait cette possibilité. Nous les remercions pour cette opportunité. La réservation en ligne c'est faite normalement et sans difficulté. Une petite remarque sur le site, les langues sont parfois mélangées.
