Mar 06,2020there were some road closures due to a protest in the square and despite there being many agents from sightseeing / turistic no one told us the bus wasn't passing and we waited 40 minutes before checking it ourselves and being told, yes it's not passing at the moment maybe 30 minutes more or walk to the other stop. We, of course, did not mind walking and can understand that these things can happen - But they could have just come over and informed us before

Mar 06,2020I've just had a terrible experience in Amsterdam with my family. We bought the tickets online and got on board on the first boat that stopped close to the Heineken Experience. It was a rainy day, and the boarding point (stop 6) was basically a plank in the middle of the roadside dirt. When we boarded, the "captain" stopped me to say that we were messing up the boat with our dirty shoes. I asked him what he wanted us to do and he turned his back on us without saying a word. Next stop he stopped the boat and came with a vacuum cleaner, and tried to vacuum our own shoes under the table without even saying a word. I tried to keep calm as I am on holiday and don't want rudeness to ruin our experience. Then my 2 year son was tapping his feet and the captain again yelled at us asking him to stop. I couldn't bear it any longer any argued back asking whether we were in a church and when he wad going to stop to yell at us. We got off at next stop and decided to continue the rest of our day using public transport. It's unbelievable for a company like city sightseeing to employ people without a minimum of soft skills to deal with tourists. The assistant was so embarrassed and tried to deal with our frustration, I feel really sorry for her.

Mar 06,2020Great guides and comfortable facilities. Would recommend the bus tour to see the city first then plan your day around that, but make sure you have tickets to sights before the day so you can easily hop on and off the bus to make the most of your money! Walking tour was a brilliant way to see the city with a knowledgeable guide. It was my first time to Dublin so I thoroughly enjoyed it!

Mar 05,2020Very informative commentary all the way around, headphones optional. We visited Cambridge for only a short 2 days and this gave us a great tour of the lovely streets and colleges.

Mar 05,2020The sightseeing tour of Paris by night was absolutely amazing - with a lovely closeup of the Eiffel Tower, the Louvre, and crash course of the history of France and western civilization. Highly recommended!

Mar 04,2020The routes are good but sadly some are closed during winter. So we couldn’t use the whole package. Additional there were just little information about the city during the audio - in comparison: the bus tour in Lisboa is much more filled with interesting details about the city than in Barcelona.

Mar 03,2020The trip was very good and the recordings where very help full. The only trouble was that the ticket had to be redeemed at The Dubai Mall but when we got there we where seen straight away. At the Emirates Mall we only changed buses but it was in the car parking area so I do not know if we would have found stop otherwise. We only had time to do 3 routes Blue, Yellow, Night Red.

Mar 03,2020Booked 2 day tour for Seville, Could not use our tickets on the first day as there were no seats available on the bus at any stop we went to. Managed to get on the bus once on the second day. Total waste of money. Would not recommend.

Mar 02,2020All good and fairly standard for a hop-on, hop-off service. But the stops were not signposted so it was often difficult to know where you were at. Obviously a map was provided, but it wasn't always as accurate as needed.
