Mar 01,2020The Bus Stop signs are very difficult to find, thus we missed two buses and lost some 45mins which was quite annoying. Is it not possible to develop an app which allows tracking of the buses and which shows the nearest stop? Also annoying was the loud background music during the tour, i.e. you permanently need to adjust the volume or to pull out the earphones. Biggest joke however is that some genius at the company decided to cover the windows with an advertisement of the company (unfortunately, I cannot upload fotos here). Imagine you run a sightseeing tour bus company and all the people sitting on the lower level of the bus only see a red cover when they try to look outside. Hillarious!

Mar 01,2020Drivers were friendly. Varied route less about sights, more about stops to pick up people at their accommodation on the route. More interesting commentary on Blue route than the Red route. Got to see a lot of the area without getting sore feet from walking! Had 4 day ticket, used it for 3 days. Still cost effective. Not busy in February so easy to get a seat on the bus where you want to sit.

Mar 01,2020Having used the "Red Bus" in 7 cities now they have yet to disappoint us. Again in Seville the staff were really friendly, the buses clean and regular. Our only negative on this tour was the buses inability to get close to the cathedral which was beyond their control.

Feb 29,2020So disappointed! It is not serious to sell a hop on hop off service, when there are not enough buses available or when the bus stops cannot be found. In Pigalle, I waited 45 minutes for a bus that never came! With my three tired children, I ended up calling a taxi to return to the Hotel. I paid more than 120 euros for 3 adults and 3 children and we only use the bus for one hour, because, after getting off the bus, we didn't see another one. We try to find another stop, but we didn't find it. A big disappointment! I would like to get my money back. It was too bad!

Feb 29,2020Even thought the guide was amazing with the information and the way he managed the group, the service was not what we expected. Only one bus every 2 hs and the first bus started at 12 and the last one at 2 pm. No option to buy a 24 hs ticket, only 48 hs.

Feb 29,2020Buses not as advertised (small single level coaches as opposed to open top buses). Hard to locate the stops - no signage, not intuitive locations). I've taken these tours in cities all over the world and the one in Prague is by far the worst and most disappointing - definitely go with another company.

Feb 29,2020Absolutely awful. Buses were unbelievably infrequent and customer service was rubbish. I waited for a bus for over an hour on two occasions. I was also told on the phone that I had to go to the ticket office to validate my mobile ticket, and after walking over an hour to get to the office was then told I could have just hopped on the bus with my mobile ticket as it was. Never again will I use City Sightseeing.

Feb 29,2020Immediately after purchasing 2 3day tickets for nearly €70 I noticed I had selected tomorrow instead of today. Immediately I got onto customer support who told they were not willing to help me as it was within 24hrs of departure. Ines in customer support told me it was my mistake and she could cancel the tickets if I wanted but still wouldnt give me a refund of change the date. This is a simple case of squeezing every penny possible out of someone who has chosen to use your product. It would take a lot for me to consider using these again

Mar 02,2020The busses did not show up as frequently as advertised. Waited sometimes a half hour - hour for a bus to show up. One Route didn't go the whole route on the map causing me to have to take an uber to the destination.
