Feb 27,2020Overall worth the price and was convenient, clean, and friendly. My one complaint which would be helpful as a user is if the stops are better mapped/marked and somehow have estimated times to expect the buses to arrive at the stops. I would be dropped off at one spot, but walk around the city and try to catch the bus at another stop and the Stop Signs on the map were just "approximate" areas where the bus actually stops. Then, never knew when the next bus was going to come. Sometimes there would be two in a row, sometimes a long time between buses.

Feb 27,2020Not worth it, the tour isn't very interesting, and it will cost less if you take a metro card and then you can go everywhere easily (and even in places where the bus doesn't go). Besides it is disorganised (you never know when a bus will come, the timetable can not be trusted). The audio is terrible (I listened to the french version with the lousy jokes, but the english didn't sound much better), and from the inside of the bus you don't see much. The biggest trap to avoid is to take the 48h ticket : you think you get a good bargain but in fact in 24h, you really have the time to do the tour and get bored.

Feb 27,2020The service was good. However, this tour in general was not really interesting to me. But maybe it is just me or maybe it is Dubai, which is all about shops :) I heard "shopping therapy" from a guide in my headphones, that I got sick :)

Feb 26,2020The information provided was inconsistent. We were told that the last bus to collect us from the Eiffel Tower was at 8pm but it never arrived and we were stranded with two children having to rely on alternative way to go back to our hotel. We were also told that the last bus would run at 6 pm and waited for about 45’ in the bus stop at the Opera stop. We have used this service in other cities and it had never been as bad as this. I would not recommend this to anyone.

Price was good too offering a discount if upgraded to 2 days which was very good value Instant confirmation received to phone and scanned whilst on trip Was able to see far more than had I not booked this So easy to plan what you wanted to see covered all of the main tourist sights Would highly recommend

Feb 24,2020It was a good trip and tour, our driver was good and the walking guide Pete was a nice friendly chap who showed us the Radcliffe Camera. The only observation I will make, and it’s not City Tours fault, is the amount of buses trying to travel along narrow roads made it awkward and it’s a trying experience for the drivers I’m sure!

Feb 24,2020Commentary on sights was poor or nonexistent, lots of music filler when there were so many sights we wanted to know about. Timing wasn't good either. Bus was often going too fast to see anything properly. Worst city sightseeing we've been on!

Feb 24,2020Merece la pena este servicio si estas solo unas horas en Cardiff, como fue mi caso, en 1 horita te cuentan todo lo importante y ves los puntos fuertes, conviene bajar en la Bahía y estar una hora paseando, hay edificios muy interesantes. Bonita experiencia

Feb 24,2020The bus routes are very convenient. My one complaint is how out of sync the audio is sometimes. Sometimes it lags, sometimes it is ahead. I did one route twice and realised that the first time I only got to hear half of the information because the first time round it kept cutting audio clips short. But I guess, this has to do with the system being automatic and GPS-guided. Overall this is always my go-to bus tour in any city. I just know what to expect.
