Feb 23,2020I waited 45 plus minutes for a bus that was supposed to arrive every 30. Others had been waiting longer. When queried, the woman at the desk said to wait 10 more minutes. 20 minutes later the bus showed...a full hour plus.

Feb 23,2020Extremely disappointed that there was no live guide, apparently they were all sacked before Christmas and they are just having earphone audio from now on. There are 2 other bus companies in Dublin both of which still have live guides and also seemed to have more frequent timetable so I would not recommend City Sightseeing in Dublin. The drivers were really lovely though, I felt quite sorry for them as their buses were quite empty compared to the other companies.

Feb 23,2020There were not enough buses for the amount of people that were out. Also the bus drivers were not very handicap friendly. Last you should have benches for the elderly and handicap at your stops.

Feb 22,2020The audio only worked in one ear and when I stepped off to take a photo of the Brandenburg Gate, I had no idea there wouldn't be another bus to pick me up as it was the last round. I later found out the last bus picks up at 15:39, which is far too early to end the pick ups. They could've have warned us if we got off there was no more busses coming. I had to get an Uber back to the starting point after waiting half an hour in the cold.

Feb 22,2020The buses for the red line are really poor. You literally have to bend in half to walk on the upper level and the windows are pathetic and you can’t really see anything from them. They also let far too many people on and lots were unable to listen to the commentary, which is surely a part of what you pay for... The commentary itself was also really poor. Interrupted many times by glitches and was also about a minute behind what it should’ve been on. I.e. commentary was still playing on attraction A, whilst you were passing attraction C. Used many hop on hop off buses in a load of cities and this was by far the worst.

Feb 21,2020There is to few minibuses to take tourists around. Since the minibus was full, we always had to wait for the next one (another 30 min) and all passengers was declined to hop on, on the whole route since the bus was full. No one wanted to hop off, because you couldn't be sure to hop on the next sight. And there was no open top bus, only minibuses, with no view. The audioguide suddenly switched languages (from English to Chinese) in the middle of a sentence. When you finally find which channel is english (not the channel displayed) the guide had stopped talking about the sight. We went around on the two lines and the river cruise. The river cruise was nice, but the audioguide said the same facts about the sights passing by. Could have told something new, depending on route. We are sorry, that we didn't get what we paid for, wich was sightseeing.

Feb 21,2020The commentary was very stilted and a bit disjointed. The information was sometimes not relevant to what we were looking at and more anecdotes and fewer dates would have made the experience better. A general overview of Budapest and it's people in more recent times would have made the trip feel a lot more relevant. The boat trip part of the ticket was excellent - both the actual journey and the commentary. On the bus when the Tour Guide announces stops, they are talking over the commentary - a system whereby the music/commentary stops would be preferable. On Sunday afternoon our Tour guide shouted at every stop into the microphone - this was so unnecessary and when I pointed it out she was rude and very dismissive! We bought a 2 day pass however Budapest is so accessible we walked everywhere the 2nd day.

Feb 20,2020An sich ist die Tour ok. Jedoch lohnt es sich kaum, zwei oder mehr Tage zu buchen. Der Zeitabstand für hop on hop off ist viel zu lang d.h. steigt man an einer Station aus muss man ca 1 Stunde oder mehr auf den nächsten Bus warten. Asserdem ist ca 17.30 Uhr Schluss. Ein 24h Ticket ist ok. Aber mehr nicht. Mit den öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln oder den Elekrorollern kommt man alternativ besser zurecht.

Feb 19,2020Decent tour of the city but would have been great if you had more frequent bus time during the winter. Furthermore, as the ticket does not include the boat tour in the winter, you should offer something else or discount the ticket. Otherwise, feels like a loss

Feb 19,2020I did 2 different bus tours and both were brilliant. The drivers were super friendly and funny. Buses were on time. It was fantastic!

Feb 18,2020The walking tour was fantastic - our guide Aron Mozes was very informative and gave some great tips. The optional boat trip could have been better organised - queuing and getting on and off the boat was chaos, but it's fantastic after dark for photos.

Feb 23,2020Great service from Bamba to get our tickets - very helpful and efficient. The tour seemed very limited in the extent of key sites in Seville. The commentary did not sync well with our actual position and it was often hard to identify the places being talked about.
