Feb 10,2020I bought a ticket for City Sightseeing Melbourne only to arrive at the departure point to find no services running because of the Australia Day public holiday (there was no mention of this on the website when I bought this). The number to call on the (very small) sign in Federation Square was out of service and the only way I could contact them was via Instagram. I’m still waiting on my refund, I keep getting passed to different departments. I would avoid this company and use the free trams to see the city instead! Won’t be using again.

Feb 09,2020I wouldn’t recommend the service at all as it has many things to improve. firstly, It is imposible to find the stops in the street and the map is not clear at all. And not all the bus drivers stop at the same stops so that makes more difficult to get in the buses. Secondly, there is not a clear time table for the buses that makes you being on the streets waiting for the bus for so long. The audio in the buses is full of music and with no content at all. I normally use this type of buses when visiting cities and this has been the worst.

Feb 07,2020I loved the cruise, I will highly recommend use the bus if you just have a little city break, as it shows you the most important places of the city. Also I loved the umbrella tour. Aron was amazing.

Feb 07,2020Our trip round Barcelona was amazing. Please note if you are doing this city, the tour is provided by the bus turistic buses. Also if you want to visit parc guell, it's one giant hill that you need to walk up first before you get there. Lots of steps and very steep. Other than that we had a great time. Amazing views

Feb 05,2020No lo aconsejo en absoluto. Los autobuses tardan 45 en venir y para colmo te paran en una tienda de tomates como cuando llevan a las ancianos a comprar colchones. De lo peor que he hecho en mis vacaciones.

Feb 04,2020I had purchased tickets which were sent to me in the form of a voucher via email. Well, eventually sent to me as I had to call the office in London the following day requesting the email link be sent on. Thereafter, obtaining the tickets at the first stop of the bus route was simplicity itself. The tour assistant on our bus (Veronica) was helpfulness personified. I was a little concerned about the lack of signage and identification at the stops, however she explained the reasoning for this and suggested that I showed use the app. Fantastic. The app displays the stops and tells you how long until the next bus will arrive. We couldn’t go wrong. An excellent way to give you a flavour of what Seville had to offer.

Feb 03,2020Pretty Good. We found that they could have more buses running. They came every 20 mins or so but noticed that other bus companies ran more frequently. They might want to update their earphone jacks as some only worked well if you wiggle them in or only one ear piece worked. Also, because we were on the upper deck the announcements of each stop was sometimes hard to hear. People at the counter and directing use were friendly.

Feb 02,2020The guide on the bus didnt say anything besides the number of the stop. It seemed Like the guides and drivers where busy talking and playing around.. Also almost All busses had tops on so you could not take good photos from the top floor. All around a really bad experience.

Feb 01,2020Das Ticket ist gut, man sollte einfach genau lesen, welche zusätzlichen Leistungen in dem Ticket enthalten sind. Welche Museen oder sonstige Eintritte, wie z.B. Centre Pompidou enthalten oder nicht. Hop-on-off-Bus und Hafenrundfahrt haben super funktioniert.

Feb 01,2020Bus très vieux, sièges tout pelés. Il arrive que le bus ne soit pas un rouge city sightseeing il faut regarder sur le pare brise! Ils ne préviennent pas du numéro d arrêt ou alors de temps en temps on vous dit une dénomination différente de celle qui est sur votre carte! Bus pas à l heure donc si vous en avez un toute les heures et que ça ne commence que vers 10h et le dernier a 17h c est très difficile de prévoir des visites! Franchement déçue par le service à Malte!!!! Et la traversée en bateau inclue dans le tarif 2j est nulle! En anglais et en allemand et on ne voit rien de plus que dans le bus ou sur les terres!!!!
