I went to Toledo, Spain with my family and the bus driver was extremely helpful and eager to help tourists. Excelent experience, recommended!
Loved the hop on hop off bus tour in Paris. It went to all the popular sites and told us a lot of history and interesting facts. The bus was clean and enclosed, which is important when it's cold outside. They do have open air ones for the summer. Everybody was nice and very informative. We did both the red and blue line. Would do it again.

We waited for the bus two times when it was supposed to arrive. And way more than those 15 minutes that you described was an accepted delay. We didn’t see a bus at all on our four day trip in Warsaw (24-27 jan). Are they even operating?
The bus stops were not well marked. We waited at the stop at the Eiffel Tower starting at 4:30pm for an hour in the cold, and a bus never came. We tried to call the main office, but no one answered. The bus tracker on the website never updated. Would never use again.
Not the best option to discover Reykjavik at least during winter. The service is just from 9:30 to 4:30 and buses come every 45 minutes. I found more practical and cheap to use public transport since I really can discover the city at my own pace and without freezing when visiting open spaces just because I have to wait for the next bus. The communication with customer service was difficult, and the lack of information huge. I went to the Harpa reception, and they didn't know if they were still working with City Sightseeing, similarly, some info was contradictory between reality and the website. On the positive side, I found the audio guides very interesting, the buses pretty comfortable and most of the bus-conductors friendly. I would say that I am surprised by the non-satisfactory service in Reykjavik, taking into account that I used hop-on-hop-off buses before in Madrid, Sevilla, and Paris, and I had good experiences.
Estuvieron en todo momento pendientes de nosotros. Nos facilitaron toda la información. Fueron muy muy amables. Aprovechamos casi todas las ofertas de descuentos, por lo que vimos casi todo lo interesante de Malaga. Nos quedan cosas por ver, así que volveremos.
Nuestro bus de la línea B no tenía audio en todo el recorrido. El conductor muy poco amable.
The tour was the pits. It was raining and the water was dripping from the top. Just the worst tour I have been on. Tour guide did his best but there was just no winning.
The audios stop in the middle, and we end up not understanding / knowing things.
Ended too quickly. By 2, it was over! The driver wasn't very friendly either. Weird
We enjoyed the open top bus around Barcelona, just one thing was that the ticket lady was rude because I entered the from the back, I did apologise more than once but she made me feel like a naughty child.
Frequent service, covering most of the city
El recorrido caminando no está bien organizado, no hay un punto claro de encuentro, además éramos muchísima gente para un solo guía lo cual no hay un buen control, no se escucha si de por si se hace tedioso de escuchar en dos idiomas cada cosa
Bought 2 day pass including the boat trip. Sunday the 1st day was fine, used the blue line and the boat trip everything was fine, the hosts and drivers were friendly and helpful and the commentaries were informative. On Monday we tried to use the purple line but we're told it wasn't running. Got the red line instead. Got off at the castle, wandered around for a couple of hours then went back to the bus stop. A minibus turned up, but that was on the blue line. We wanted to use the red line but were told that was stopping, this was at 3.50. This spoiled our enjoyment of the trip and we felt it made it poor value for money. I complained online but got fobbed off.
Dreadful. Bought the ticket online for two days only to find once I got on the bus, it runs Fri-Sun in January and February. There was only one bus running - so a two hour wait - and despite there being two lines, because of this only one line was being used. I intend to seek a refund towards the cost of this. Definitely wouldn’t recommend.
Mal organizado. No para en todas las paradas. La persona que realizó la grabación en español no sabe hablar el idioma. Autobuses muy antiguos y poco cuidados.
