Jan 20,2020We took Line 2 the red one to central Station the driver was nice and the roof top of the bus was cover because raining. Then we took line 1 the blue one the driver was not nice at all he was disrespectful and the bus was open on top and it was very cold inside and for people that were seating on top they all got wet.

Jan 19,2020I have used City Sightseeing bus tours in so many cities, especially when I only have 24 hours or less to see as much as I can on my own schedule. They are convenient, reliable, informative, and consistent. In Berlin, however, the City Sightseeing map didn't align with Google Maps or the City Sightseeing app. The major landmarks on the map did not align with what I actually saw in front of me, specifically in the Alexanderplatz area. I found myself spending an excessive amount of time trying to figure out where I was in relation to the closest pick-up/drop-off location, and often times, once I found the exact bus stop location, the next bus ended up stopping across the street or around the corner from the indicated location. Additionally, several of the buses did not have working audio, so I was unable to know what I was seeing or which stop was next. Maybe the app could include something for when this technical glitch inevitably happens from time to time. While I have some criticism about this particular experience, I still think City Sightseeing/ Hop-on Hop-off tours are the easiest and most convenient way to see as many major landmarks and tourist attractions in a big city, especially for first visits and limited time trips.

Jan 18,2020I have been on many City Sightseeing Tours in various countries and have found them to be excellent, however I am sorry to advise that this was not up to the normal standard that I had come to expect from this group. The quality of the recordings was poor not working and cutting off in mid flow and on occasions speaking about something that did not appear to be relevant to the location that you were at. I assume that this is a franchise operation, I hope that they address the experience that they offer, otherwise i suggest you try one of the alternative companies that seem to offer a similar experiance

Jan 18,2020The audio information didn’t work for anyone on the bus, that’s pretty much the reason I do these trips particularly in a city where the public transport is so good or you can walk to most sights. So it was just a slow, expensive bus trip to get to the botanics when we could have jumped on the metro 😐

Jan 18,2020The route itself was not the best parts of Melbourne! The South Wharf or the docklands was the worst areas of the city to see and especially when it highlighted how great the bypass roads were. The second half through the parliament area was much better. Perhaps you can just not go anywhere near the Docklands or South Wharf...

Jan 15,2020worst hop on hop off experience i have ever had. had to call the office during the trip to complain. Language settings posted in the bus were different from the acual chanel languages. Music between explanation parts was twice as loud as the explanations, requiring us to continuously try to adjust volume. We did half of a trip with only elementary explanations of anything in english as we were passing sights, no explanation of what we were seeing. Just blabber about how to say please and thank you, etc. When we called we were told there was a different english chanel that discussed what we were driving past. the hop on lady on the bus had no idea. once we called and were told to go to a different channel, it was semi ok, but there was still very little talking about the history or architecture we were seeing, much different than other cities. Too many longer halts on the trip, either for the driver to smoke cigarettes, or synch with other busses, at least 3 such stops on the red line, 10-15 minutes on a one hour (supposedly round trip circuit).

Jan 13,2020El tour lo dividen por partes para cobrar adicional solo por ir a barranco y ver el puente, eso no lo vale. Adicional he utilizado el bus en diferentes ciudades y este a sifo el mas costoso tomanxo en cuenta que no tiene un circuito y debo permanecer en el bus, no como otros que he tomado.

Jan 20,2020Nunca tome el autobús ... compre sin fijarme que estaba a 5 min de que terminara el servicio pedí devolución o cancelaron y no me la aceptaron ! Se que fue error mío pero también se que podían hacer algo por mi !
