Jan 13,2020Es útil para realizar un reconocimiento de la cuidad. Aquellos que no han recorrido la cuidad amurallada les recomiendo hacer la caminata guiada, pues con el recorrido del bus no disfrutará de lo más pintoresco y acogedor de Cartagena.

Jan 13,2020The sightseeing tour is normally a great way to take in all what a city has to offer. Unfortunately on this occasion my experience wasn’t great for the 3 reasons listed: Staff not friendly or organised. Bus not running to schedule on both days (waited 30 minutes at a stop, ended up I had to walk). Bus very untidy (dirty tissues on my seat as other items) bus not checked before letting passengers on.

Jan 12,2020An easy and carefree way to see all the places you should. Excellent on a bad weather day too! This to tour will definitely keep you occupied. I went with my 5 year-old and it was really nice.

Jan 12,2020When traveling with my 80 year old parents and 2 young children, the bus wouldn’t go back to our original stop where we started. So we had to find an alternative way - that after spending a lot on the ticket. Later we wanted to hop back on but after waiting 40 minutes we gave up as it never came. This experience may be irregular as there was holiday. However I have requested our money back but it hasn’t been resolved yet.

Jan 11,2020Kleiner Bus zu spät. Beim Einsteigen darauf hingewiesen worden, dass wir an der nächsten Station den Bus wechseln müssen. Dort sollten wir nur 10 min warten müssen. Daraus wurden 40 min und immer mehr Gäste und wieder ein kleiner Bus. An den nächsten Stationen standen dann die Gäste im Gang und man konnte nur noch zu einer Seite raussehen. Wieso ist kein grosser Bus gefahren? So machte es auf jeden Fall keinen Spass.

Jan 11,2020Antes de comprar pelo site, nós havíamos lido sobre a questão do horário e do idioma nas avaliações da internet e não acreditamos, pois a empresa é muita famosa e está presente em diversas cidades da Europa. Erramos e nos decepcionamos! O serviço facilita o transporte para conhecer os principais pontos de turismo de Berlim e ouvir um pouco da história, mas achamos o horário de funcionamento das duas rotas muito curto e os horários de passagem em cada ponto super confusos (falta informação sobre isso, o que ajudou foi o app em tempo real, mas que funciona mais ou menos). Além disso, muitos dos ônibus são realmente velhos e não tem todos os idiomas que são vendidos, PORTUGUÊS é um deles. Dicas de Alternativas: Existem outras empresas pela cidade que parecem ser um pouco melhores ou o ticket de transporte público diário faz compensar.

Jan 10,2020Wonderful knowledgeable and personable tour guides made this an interesting and educational experience. I highly recommend getting off at your favorite spot to sightsee, but also to gain the perspective of your new guide when you board a new bus. Each guide shared new information that was unique to their own experience. Loved it!!

Jan 09,2020I bought the ticket online. The service does not provide information about route and schedule change. I spend a lot of time waiting for a bus and searching for the right place to catch it. It was a big luck to do so, because the bus left the stop 5 min earlier. If I came there on time a had no chance.

Jan 09,2020The route missed many of the interesting sights in the old town. Also the narration was pretty meager, not much interesting stories from the history as usually is the case.

Jan 09,2020Die Tour/ Streckenführungen (A Tour/ B Tour) ist perfekt und führt zu den wichtigsten Sehenswürdigkeiten von Berlin. Möglicherweise sollte man auch die Gedenkstätte Hohenschönhausen (Stasi Untersuchungsgefängnis) künftig hinzufügen. Problematisch war die Audio Information. Diese war teilweise vom Fahrer ausgeschaltet und musste angefordert werden. Auch ist die Anbringung der Kopfhörerbuchse (meist unten) sehr Bedienungsunfreundlich!! Ärgerlich auch, wenn an den Umsteigepunkten von A auf B und umgekehrt die Busse nicht aufeinander warten. Uns ist beim Umstieg (vom A-Bus) der B-Bus "vor der Nase" weggefahren und wir mussten ca. 25 Min auf den nächsten Bus warten. Das ist umso unverständlicher, als es ja eine App gibt, die den jeweiligen Standort der Busse zeigt. Auf diese App sind wir auch nur durch Zufall aufmerksam geworden. Es wäre wünschenswert auf diese App aktiv hinzuweisen. Gerade beim Sightseeing an den jeweiligen Haltestellen ist die Echtzeitinformation zum nächsten Bus sehr hilfreich!

Jan 09,2020Great for getting the way of the land that way you can make better choices while visiting new cities. I would recommend the single day pass then buy multi day pass for the trolley

Jan 09,2020We used 2 of your busses, First one was perfect nice explanation, 2nd bus :yellow , half of the way there were no commentary, which means we were not sure where we were and no explanations on buildings around. Otherwise it’s a great service

Jan 13,2020Audioguide was often boring and not enough detailed. Also, many times audio tracks have been played erroneously (for instance, the wrong track has been played in some cases, or they were interrupted, or repeated). The tour is too long and most of the path is of no interest (especially on the blue line).
