Booked a bus from Geiranger in Norway but unfortunately the ship was unable to dock due to weather conditions. Asked the company if we could use our voucher in Stavanger instead as we are not likely to go to Norway again. This was refused, in fact my request was dismissed without showing any interest in my misfortune. This is appalling customer service. Be warned!

Hop-on-hop-off in Rotterdam mit dem Bus (CITY SIGHTSEEING) funktioniert überhaupt nicht. Wir sind sehr enttäuscht!!! In anderen Städten überall in Europa funktioniert das System, in Rotterdam gar nicht. BIITTE NICHT BUCHEN!!! Die Bushaltestellen sind kaum zu finden, manchmal gar nicht gekennzeichnet. Die Sehenswürdigkeiten sind von der jeweiligen Haltestelle viel zu weit weg, manchmal muss man trotzdem noch einen Kilometer oder mehr laufen. Einen Audio-Guide gibt es nicht. Ein Life-Guide ist meist da, der, wenn du Glück hast, deine Sprache spricht, aber viel zu leise. Es gibt kein Mikrophon. Und manchmal bekommt man gar keine Informationen über die Stadt. Und meist kommt der Bus gar nicht, einmal haben wir über eine Stunde gewartet, und der Bus kam überhaupt nicht. An manchen Tagen fährt er gar nicht, obwohl man trotzdem das Ticket buchen kann. Absolute Geldschneiderei für knapp 20 Euro, komplett überteuert und funktioniert nicht mal. Eigentlich kriminell das Ganze, es müsste angezeigt und vom Markt genommen werden. Es sind überhaupt nur 6 Haltestellen, es gibt keinen Plan usw. SEHR SCHLECHT!!! Tickets gelten auch NICHT 24 STUNDEN, sondern nur am gebuchten Tag zwischen 10 Uhr und 16:30 Uhr, falls überhaupt ein Bus fährt. Fahrt lieber mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln im normalen Stadtverkehr (Bus oder Bahn) oder mit der historischen Straßenbahn Linie 10. Hier gibt es einen Linienplan in jeder Bahn, man kann die Tickets für 15 Euro in jeder Bahn lösen, ebenfalls hop-on-hop-off machen, wird sehr nett betreut, umfangreich über die Stadt und die Sehenswürdigkeiten informiert, sowohl in Englisch als auch in Deutsch und Niederländisch. Wir waren sehr begeistert von der Straßenbahn Linie 10!! Sie fährt alle 40 Minuten an ganz vielen Haltestellen. Eine Rundfahrt dauert 90 Minuten.
Ci è stato venduto il pacchetto comprendente autobus e giro in battello Ok per il giro in battello anche se il personale in loco non si è dimostrato inaffidabile Gli autobus sarebbero dovuti passare ogni 15", specialmente nel tardo pomeriggio quasi non si vedevano. A causa di questi ritardi siamo stati costretti a prendere dei taxi Meglio dubitare delle promesse dei venditori

L'idea del bus è molto carina peccato che alla fermata cordusio dove il cartello segnava degli orari non era stato aggiornato e abbiamo aspettato 1h e 30 per poi salire sul bus e aspettare 40 minuti fermi seduti con motore spento. Iniziato il giro non si è fermato a tutte le tappe stabilite saltando anche casa Milan e stadio San Siro. Le cuffie si sentivano malissimo e alcune non funzionavano. Mi dispiace davvero perché anche il personale poco disponibile e raccontando l'accaduto nella loro agenzia vi è stato solo menefreghismo. Qualsiasi altra società seria avrebbe provveduto in qualche modo con un buono come disservizio almeno per il bambino visto che avevamo preso la linea verde bus apposta per fare tappe casa Milan e Sansiro. 🥴
City sightseeing Rome is not worth the money. You can walk faster than the bus comes around. The first bus left 10 AM. The route only has around 8 stops and not near the center of Rome and there is lots of waiting time at each stop. Too few buses since we had to wait more than half an hour to get on at the Colosseum. And impossible to get seats on top. So much waist of money. We only took the bus twice because it was easier to walk, even with my 75 year old mother. Really disappointing.

Selling too many tickets, not any room for passengers. Bad service. Bad information. Be prepared to wait way too long for busses to arrive and good luck to get a seat.
Booked a trip with these cowboys, and it clearly stated 'free cancellation' on the website. Our cruise plans changed so we cancelled the trip and was going to book them in Norway, but they refused to refund, despite the fact we have given them 5 months notice. They've taken over £100 off us and they couldn't care less. Be aware if you're thinking of booking these thieves. Free cancellation is meaningless. They don't refund. No phone number for the cancellation department, so you get standard email replies saying it's 24 hour cancellation even though we're giving them 5 months notice. Avoid at all costs. Don't waste your money. Their website is misleading. There's a genuine reason why their score on here is so poor. Book them at your peril!
Not a review about the tour but the driver today 16.03.23. As I was going down knavesmire road the bus started to come towards me on my side of the road. I have past these buses numerous times when cars are parked at both sides of the road. This time he kept on my side right up until he was infront of my car then didn’t have the right angle to move over. He then started ranting and waving his arms. Get a driver that can drive and improve his communication. What a show for the passengers
Terrible experience. The bus was 40 minutes late at the start of the day. I got off at one stop and was told a bus would be back in 40 minutes. I waited for 3 hours for a bus to come back to Venice beach. Several people waited on a cold windy day. Multiple people called the company to say we had been waiting where they kept telling us we had just missed a bus and several had gone by. The other tour companies told us that city sightseeing regularly skipped the venice beach stop as they could not be bothered to do the additional part of the loop. When a bus finally turned up we were unable to hop off anywhere else or otherwise we wouldn't have got back to our starting point. I have contacted the company several times and they have not responded. Go with any other company than them.
Wij hebben vier weken geleden tickets gekocht voor een boot tour in Malaga. We konden op de site gewoon een dag aanklikken, hebben betaald, een ontvangstbevestiging gekregen. Toen we in Malaga bij de boot aankwamen, was er GEEN boot. Wij hebben contact opgenomen per telefoon en mail en wij krijgen ons geld NIET terug, omdat er “ergens” op de site (nooit gezien) stond dat de boot niet vaarde die dag. Er zou ook informatie in Malaga zelf moeten geweest zijn, maar ook dit was niet het geval, EN DE TICKETS WAREN AL IN NEDERLAND GEKOCHT. Het is BELACHELIJK dat je gewoon de mogelijkheid hebt om een dag aan te klikken en te betalen, als er geen boot is. Dit was een fout op de website volgens de organisatie. Maar toch GEEN geld terig. Slechtste ervaring ooit. Ik zou NIEMAND aanraden om via deze organisatie iets te boeken, je wordt gewoon opgelicht!
Do not buy tickets for the red bus tours. We purchased four tickets for the Seville tour on 20/2/2023. The company had obviously sold far more tickets than they had capacity for. We waited hour and a half to get on the third bus to arrive as the others were full. The agent refused to give us a refund even though it was the main stop and told us we had to find the original agent who sold us the ticket to get the refund who was on the other side of the city. We were not the only ones to request refunds but the agent said it was impossible with the card machines they had. It has totally ruined our only day in Seville.
Compre en Belfast un ticket para un día. Me bajé y quise volver a montarme en St George Market. Estuvimos más de UNA HORA esperando, pasaron dos autobuses de la otra compañía turística y de City Sightseeung ninguno. Tuve que coger un taxi hacia Falls Road para no llegar tarde a un Walking Tour que tenía contratado. Total que solo iba a estar unas horas en Belfast y perdí tiempo y dinero contratando esta empresa
Terrible customer service, buses audio doesn’t work. Basically paying for a bus ride and at $27 USD per person that’s a rip off. Contacting customer service only gives you the run around… I will not use this service any longer, I suggest you do the same…. Bad company
Their website is full of inaccuracies. Advertises "Saigon" bus in Ho Chi Minh City, "Saigon" name which has not been in official use since 1976. Asks for Covid vaccine proof to mount the bus, total BS requirement Asks for paper receipt to mount the bus, while mobile tickets are accepted Lost me as a customer, by the time I received a reply regarding Covid vaccine requirement, I already left HCMC.
We waited for over 40 min in the cold for the bus to show up at the stop “covent garden”. But we were guaranteed they would come every 10 to 20 minutes. The rest of the tour is okay / good, but not really a ‘hop on hop off’ idea.
Don't choose this company if there are babies with you. We took the bus to Valletta (Malta) with a newborn baby. The door of the bus was broken so it remained open bringing all the wind and rain inside. We switched the bus and the second one told us he came back to the station every hour. We waited one hour and half at the station and we ask to another driver to call this bus that doesn’t arrive. I asked to open the door behind to enter the baby carriage on the bus, simply the driver said no. I took my baby that was sleeping and I closed the baby carriage to bring him on the bus from the front door.

Jun 13,2023We bought a premium ticket for the hop on hop off bus in Toledo. This ticket included an extra price because it had the entrace to alcazar included. However, the entrance is completely free at the time. So we paid more for nothing. They refuse to pay back the more paid money and claim that the information is on the website which we didnt find after thorough research. Seems like scam to me. No recommendation at all.
