Oct 26,20161. It was very boring tour where tour guide was talking only about constraction method of each building. 2. Each stop took too long exiting/bringing new people to the bus and after 2 hours we got only to 9/11 memorial. After that we left a bus and never came back. It was total waste of our $$ plus it cost us $$ to get taxi back to Times square. 3. Will NEVER recommend to anyone!!!l

Oct 26,2016It's really great that you can choose the attractions you can go it and receive extra attractions for free. However, it is really frustrating that you have to wait for more than an hour to get your pre-purchased voucher. It would have been perfect if we could have printed our own vouchers after purchasing it online.

Oct 26,2016I paid online for this trip and brought a print copy of my receipt, not the voucher. They wouldn't let me on board without the voucher. The trip was otherwise uneventful but we had an excellent guide/narrator who knew much of the history; the sights were amazing.

Oct 26,2016Bought tickets in advance for a specific time. Told to arrive 1/2 early. We arrived 45 minutes early & were informed that "our boat" was sold out, we'd have to wait 2 1/2 hours for next boat!!! We left, & never got our money back, or the $60 we paid for cabs to travel to & from there. Awful!!! Don't book through this site!!

Oct 26,2016Bought tickets for my husband and I and our daughter. We took the buses to Battery Park to go to the Statue of Liberty and when we wanted a ride back, there were no buses in sight. We walked around for 3 hours on the bus route and did not see any buses. This was not our 1st time in NYC nor was it for using CitySights. I called customer service to explain my dilemma and the man was very rude. While I was walking and talking on the phone with him, we spotted a bus. I literally ran into the street to stop it. We managed to get on for our night tour and the lady was very nice but the experience during the day was awful! We literally paid $167 for ride that lasted about an hour. This is my 2nd review and I have been asked to take and still no one has contacted me or tried to right the situation. Very disappointing

Oct 26,2016Rien à redire. J'ai trouvé un prix très peu cher sur le net pour Le Freestyle Pass (90 USD) qui m'a donné accès à trois attractions et 3 jours de bus touristiques. Tout était vraiment très bien, y compris les explications. A noter que celles du guide, en anglais, sont bien meilleures que le texte enregistré en français qui est diffusé dans les écouteurs.

Oct 26,2016the bus services are Ok but there is to much time to wait 4 take a bus, and the italian translate is short and usually not correct ( sometime is very LOL). Very good the possibility to choise "3 - 5 or 7 ticket", so is possible save money and time.

Oct 26,2016I like CitySights NY is it easy way to get around and see New York. It allows you to Hop off to see only the parts of New York you wish to see and Hop On when ready to move on. The 48 hour allows to do different tours along with the sights at night and also from a boat. This was my second time in New York and the second time on CitySights NY

Oct 26,2016The worst bus tour company I have been on. service was terrible. Tour guides condescending! Not accommodating at all was told not to sit in a seat because it was the tour guides seat! Tour Guides googling information about the city and reading it verbatim to the tourist! Staff unable to provide accurate information! Save your money, use a different tour guide!!
