Oct 27,2016The guides were very well informed. Too bad they are not paid very well. They were reduced to asking for tips. It made it uncomfortable when I ran out of tip money. The wait for buses was very long.

Oct 27,2016This was the second time I had used CitySights NY. The first time I went a friend of mine had found you on the internet. She printed out information for different packages. It was worth it and wasn't expensive. I thought if I go back to NY, I will use this again for different packages. Recently, I purchased 3 tickets online and had no problems at all. I like the bus experience because it offers Hop on/Hop off. Like the night tour and seeing all the sights at night. Most of the drivers are very knowledgeable and enjoyable.

Oct 27,2016I loved the convenience of travelling large distances easily with my son in NYC. The headphone commentary was enjoyable for both of us and the tour guides were friendly and informative. Great value for money with the ferry tour too.

Oct 27,2016The customer intake needs much improvement. There is no point acquiring the tickets before hand online because you will be in disadvantage. Long Wait to exchange voucher for tickets. Not enough employees to satisfy the demand... You are better off buying them in the streets with the representatives that have portable machines to issue tickets. Don't go main Office!!!!

Oct 27,2016Nous avons été très heureux de pouvoir prendre la compagnie CitySights à New York. La croisière a duré 1 heure et elle s'arrête aux 4 ports d'embarquements. La visite de nuit est aussi très belle et dure environ 2 heures. Grace à ce circuits de 72h nous avons su visiter tout New York. Merci beaucoup CitySights NY

Oct 27,2016Had to wait in a que for 45 Mins at Times square office to pick up paper tickets even though we brought the tickets online. Buses were infrequent with inadequate information on the next one. Tour guides were lacking in enthusiasm ,just felt as if they were going through the motions. All in all fairly disappointed.

Oct 27,2016Vi skulle på indkøbstur til Woodbury Outlet. Bestiller på nettet i New York, henter billetterne på deres kontor, hvorfor bussen også kører. Vi står i kø til bussen som skal køre kl 9, de tæller dem der står i køen 2 gange, den første bus kommer kl 9, den bliver fyldt op, og så forsvinder personalet, der går 50 minutter før næste bus dukker op, buschaufføren er grov og uforskammet og for os hurtigt genet ind i bussen, bussen bliver overfyldt, så ca 10 af passagerne må stå op, så bussen må lige en omvej til busstationen med dem. Vi ankommer til Woodbury en time og tyve minutter senere end lovet. Vi vil blive hentet kl 16.45, så vi går hen til busstoppestedet kl 16.15 og her er der en kø af en anden verden, også her leger personalet "gemmeleg" så IGEN ingen information, flere gange opstår der tumult i køen, da flere og flere bliver utålmodige og snyder sig fremad i køen. Kl 18 kommer vi med en bus og er tilbage i New York kl 19.

Oct 27,2016You can see the Statue of Liberty and the New York Skyline from your spot. Spots aren't big but they will do. My only complaint is when we asked front office about Statue Of Liberty tours we were told it was a short walk. It was about two miles and I have diffulculty walking.
