Oct 29,2016We were told to go to the main office to get the tickets. And wasted one hour or so in the long line of people just to change the Voucher to tickets. Unless your VIP and your skip the line. So needles to say our day started at noon and by the time we arrived to our destination to visit we're struggling to make the time for our 1 o'clock reservation because we also have to wait for another hour a long line of people. The worst part is that we only hop on the bus just once and I think it was not worth it $ 5.00/pp. The staff were great and helpful. And should explain write on the Boucher to make sure to go to the main office at time square to get the ticket. So our day will start early. We will never take the citysights bus tour again nor recommend to others. Wasted time.....

Oct 29,2016If you want to know about New York, this is the way. You get different routes, including the ferry and the night tour through which you get a general view and you know about the history. You can get down at any of the stops and then take the next bus coming in a few minutes.

Oct 28,2016Great cruise, great helicopter flight but poor welcoming by the ticket lady at pier 78, on the contrary the guy at pier 6 was very nice. The quality of the comments during the bus tours depended on the guide.

Oct 27,2016We booked for the bus to Woodbury Common and the voucher we received gave very misleading directions and instructions of how to access the bus tickets on arrival at Port Authority Bus Terminal. The bus terminal is on 4 floors and due to the directions on the voucher indicating the bus left from the 4th floor, we arrived half an hour prior to the departure time. We eventually (after a long and protracted negotiation with staff from all of the ticket booths and customer service desks on all 4 floors which offered very poor directions and customer service) were instructed to return to the ground floor to pick up our tickets. This resulted in us missing the bus! Do not book with City Sights - it does not save you any money on the face value of the tickets and the directions were useless. Just book directly with the companies providing the service.

Oct 30,2016There are other bus services to explore if you want to view the sights in NYC. The buses used by CitySights NY are getting very old and rusty. It is not convenient to get the tickets for boarding. The lines are long and it takes too long to redeem the vouchers. However, the guides are very courteous and knowledgeable and some are even humorous!
