Tout simplement féerique
Really Good Experience - I purchased the Freestyle Package with 5 Attractions and everything went really good. We use the buses all day long and all the passes. I would recommend this over all the other options - the waiting time for this and all other passes available are the same unless you have the VIP pass - that may be useful on some other times of the year - in our case I believe that the longest we wait was 15 minutes.
What a great experience and will definately be doing it again this coming summer The tour guide guy was just awesome!! So nice and so knowledgable, didn't miss a thing. Only complaint, when we went to check in at kiosk inside the girl was sleepling at the window and seemed pretty mad for being woken...long day maybe! But actual tour, would highly recommend to everyone, money well spent!!
My sister and I went to NY and used City Sights NY ferry and bus tour and it was a great experience. We had no lines and the wait time to exchange our online tickets or actual tickets was no issue. The ferry tour was extremely informative, we had a great guide - she was full of very good information and fun facts. The bus tour also had a great guide - he was very charismatic and also had great information and fun facts. We were very pleased with the experience.
Not everything you can do with them, 9-11memorial museum isnt in it!! When you go to one world you cant go after that to empire state building ! Look very wel, some museums you only need to pay a fine ant not more! We paid too much for it....
Great Deal for seeing NYC, Thank You CitySights NY.
I have used citylinks hop on hop off buses in loads if different countries and have always been amazed at the service. It is very definatly the best way of getting around big cities if you want to be sure of aeeing all the attractions thanks citylinks amazing
My mom and I have done CitySights NY each year for a probably a decade at this point and always loved it. We've recommended it several time. I must say that this trip, our experience wasn't anything to write home about. Nothing BAD per say.. But the guides were a little more "brash" than in the past. Also - at the Downtown/City Hall stop - we waited (along with the LONG line of other people) 30 minutes before leaving to walk to another stop, just to pass some time. A bus did come eventually, but there was no communication of why there where absolutely NO buses in the area. Just seems that when the tours were JUST CitySights NY (instead of the merger with Gray Line) the tours were a lot better and there were more buses (though I'm not sure that makes sense since there should be MORE buses now!) A nice trip, but average bus tour indeed.
After insisting we are there 15 minutes prior to flight time, we waited an hour , most of which was outside in the cold.
Better experience in NYC
l'option 7 activités est presque parfaite manque seulement quelques musées importants (neue galleie frick collection asian muséum) pour le go shuttle il ne prends pas dans tout Manhattan la croisiére est tres interressante
Tour bus is too rare times. I wait more 45minutes.
It was boring and seems shorter than past times. The moderator was a nuisance - no real information given. This our last time doing hop on and off.
Great service
Citysights offers a lot for your money, but make sure that you will have the time to do enough to get your money's worth. Also, make sure the tours listed in the offer are the ones you are looking for - for example, we wanted to view the 911 memorial museum, but the 911 museum included was a different one than we expected. The Statue of Liberty tour was confusing as well. It did allow us to skip lines, and the bus tours were good, although hearing the tour guide through the ear pieces was sometimes difficult.
Buses were old, long wait times, inconvenient end times of tours. I only felt like I got my money's worth because I did 3 activities. Otherwise, I still ended up using taxi cabs cause we could not coordinate our activities with the bus schedules and stop locations. I probably won't use this service again.
On the second day we were leaving the park in Brooklyn And saw the bus, I signed, but they ignored, we decided to wait in the right stop, but the bus didn't came for about two hours. We gave up and went by metro. We never saw the Brooklyn Bridge, and it was very disappointing. Later we tried to catch the uptown bus, but every bus told us that it wasn't working. We paid for two days but it was impossible to use it. /----/ The answer below ignores the fact that we waited for two hours in the designetad bus stop and the bus didn't came.
Very good tours with knowledgable tour guides and ample coverage of the entire city..
We were not told that for the attractions you can use your pass to.get the tickets but not that they are then valid for 30 days. We were not told.that the Woodbury common bus ticket is a discounted one so you can only use on certain timed busses. We had to upgrade for $12 each for the normal.port authority bus. The horse and carriage ride they knew nothing . No one told us we had to take I'd to get the voucher activated.needs more organisation.

Dec 02,2016Tiny office trying to pack 50+ people in the queue selling tickets, with only 1 clerk dealing with citysights tickets. Street sellers don't want to know you once they realize you already HAVE tickets. Waiting for bus for over an hour, street sellers don't acknowledge the delay or provide any information. The car ride included in the package is a scam, full registration including the credit card details that they immediately take the money from, whether you took the ride or not. The only redeeming point is the knowledge of the guides on the bus.
