Nov 29,2016We did the City tour Sat 19th. 3 adults 2 kids. 1. Booked tickets online, received 18ft of paper!! How do you work through that? 2. Lines for 50 people at every downtown stop - not enough buses 3. Free for all at all stops - no coordinator, no clear bus stop, completing with lines of other tour operators - a mess! 4. Guide was great though!

Nov 29,2016I purchased 2 x 72 hour city view tickets and it cost me around £120. These tickets are NOT for 72 hours, they are mainly from 0900 - 1730 when the tours stop (apart from the night tour when you can't get off the bus anyway). I was not impressed and would suggest to other purchasers to walk.

Nov 21,2016My sister, a friend, and I hopped on at South Street Seaport when a rain storm was almost upon us. Instead of remaining in a sheltered place when the torrential downpour with lightning and thunder started, the driver started moving and the guide refused to let passengers go downstairs until it was too late. (Of course, she was the first one to go down below.) When we got to the lower level, everyone on board was soaking wet and crowded together. Some found seats, as I did, on a metal sort of bench. There was a black box-type object behind me. When I was finally able to move to the upper deck after the storm, I was told that my soaking wet light green shirt and khaki pants had black areas. There was nothing to conceal the unsightly mess. Since we were dropped off several blocks from Port Authority, I had to walk several blocks on the streets of NY in this unsightly condition with soaking wet hair and stained, wet clothing. When I returned home, I was unable to remove the black areas from my almost-new clothing, despite using various cleaning fluids and products. So almost $100 worth of clothing was ruined. It was not a pleasant experience and I will never use this service again.

Nov 21,2016Me & my husband really enjoyed our trip to New York and City Sights bus tour made it even better. The tour guides were great. They knew so much about the history of New York. We learned alot. The guide Red Debra was fabulous. There were plenty of tour guides all around the city that answered any questions that we had, if we had any. I would most definitely recommend this company. Will visit again.

Nov 21,2016We were only able to do the two routes and it basically took all day..so the downtown was better but uptown was beautiful.....never got a chance to do the other areas....

Nov 18,2016confusing. bought tickets ahead of time, in order to save time while it NYC, was sent from one place to another to print my tickets, waited in long line ups, was told different things by different employees. should have just bought tickets right there in line and saved time!

Nov 18,2016Fue una buena experiencia, el ferry en tiempo, el bus también, todo bien organizado. Lo único malo fue que en la excursión del bus por la ciudad, no había ningún otro idioma además del inglés para escuchar la historia y los lugares que se pasaban. Pero el resto todo magnífico.

Nov 13,2016The choice of tours and places for the bus stops are good, buses are fine and staff inside is kind. Audio commentaries in french are poor. Unusefull commercial proposition at the desk office, could be evaded. Expect sometimes some delays (up to 30') in rush hours.

Nov 29,2016The freestyle package we purchased came with 7 attractions as promised and the city tour hop on hop off busses. The buses were great and allowed us to see the city while gaining knowledge about the city. It also allowed us to travel from one location to the other. For the most part the busses were not crowded nor did it take long to get a bus. Tickets were great at the attractions. We had a separate voucher line to wait in that was never very long. We also had added voucher that really were surprising that we were not aware of while buying the package. All in all great way to see the city without spending tons of money
