Oct 27,2016Great way to see New York for the buck - as well you can I pass line to most attractions if you purchase at better value through them at time of your vaucher! A bit busy at some stops and longer lineups due to sightseeing. However really grateful for the purchase !

Oct 27,2016We were supposed to take a Night Tour. We weren't told where to meet the bus. There was no address given on my email. When I tried calling, the office was closed. I tried walking to the info center and it was closed. It says hop on and hop off but it doesn't tell you you can't do that on the night tour! What a joke!

In some cases it was very difficult to locate the bus stop and if you were able to find one you were waiting sometimes 30 minutes or longer for a bus to come, just to figure out that this bus is already overcrowded and you continue waiting. Terrible.

Oct 26,2016Hi, you should review the service level of your guides, some of them are no fit to the job. Also, you need to give in deep maintenance to your buses and sound system.

Oct 26,2016We bought the tickets from an offer that was on our hotel website. We waited at the Citysights office for over 2 hours to redeem them. We had a 7 month old infant and 2 children, 4 adults. We ordered in advance for convenience. There was absolutely no convenience. I would never refer this Companies to anyone.

Oct 26,2016Your employees need a lot of training and development of communication skills. We continuously got inconsistent and inaccurate answers. We purchased the package that included 6 attractions and weren't able to use 3 of them because of incorrect information provided by your employees. Huge ways of our time and money!! Horrible experience that I would never recommend to ANYONE!

Oct 26,2016I have used different bus companies and they are about the same. It is a good way to see the city especially if it is your first time. We had an excellent guide on the daytime loops but our night tour guide was bad. Traffic is a nightmare but the drivers do a great job.

Oct 26,2016The tour of Brooklyn was interesting and our guide Jose was very informative, no stops necessarily needed, but we stopped at Junior's and had a nice lunch there, before returning to Manhattan.

Oct 27,2016The tour itself is great! Can see many areas of the city and on and off enhances it. But, obtaining a ticket to have in hand was difficult. We never received any having been helped by someone who was not knowledgeable . We booked online but had to call for tixs. We're told we didn't need them but all bus drivers questioned that. That was uncomfortable. After a mgr. was instrumental in soothing us over but never carried thru with his offer. Anyway it was a good fun tour. And we would do it again!
