Oct 26,2016Due to crowds not enough counter help led to long wait. No personnel to answer questions while on line. Poor instructions on where to meet the bus. No information of where the bus was discharging passengers after the tour, most thought we were returning to the pickup spot. Tour guide was excellent and the tour was enjoyable even with the aforementioned glitches. Would recommend to others with the above mentioned info as a guide.

Oct 26,2016I recently travelled to NY, I purchased a freestyle pick 7 pass through the city sights website. We visited the freedom tower, 911 memorial museum, Statue of Liberty, Empire State Building, Rockefeller centre, Madame tussaurds, ripleys believe it or not. When we went to collect our pass we were also given tickets to the New York museum, New York Yankees stadium tour and also tickets to a comedy club in times sq. we also had a shuttle service to the airport on our departure day and was given a discount card which could be used throughout New York in restaurants and shops. The total price I paid was around $270, should have been $338 but found an online discount code. We also had tickets for the open top bus and cruise ferry, these both run very frequently and are very informative through the guides on board.

Oct 26,2016Purchased the freestyle 72 hours pass, great purchase, all vouchers were redeemable, the hop on hop off bus was a great way to get around. The customer service was great, the vouchers for each event tells you where to go and so on, EVERYTHING is on the voucher. We went first week of October, didn't have issues with waiting for bus like most people said. Don't like to wait, go of season, don't go in the summer. Would definitely do this again!

Oct 26,2016Il y a un peux trop de papier. Il n'étais pas toujours clair. Il y a des caisses qui on pris le faut qui crée de soucis par la suite. VIP n'est pas forcément nécessaire. Sinon ça fonctionne très bien.
