Appalling customer service. Apparently we owe money for a water bill but have never used them for this… Niw we also owe money for WiFi and a phone line which we did use them for. However, they have never worked effectively and we have had to take our business to another provider. We lost lots of customers due to this and they now want me to pay for breaking the contract for a service that never worked!!! Do not use them they are cowboys!!!

My last review was 16th October and unfortunately nothing has been resolved. I’ve tried calling them a ridiculous amount of times but always seem to get cut off. I emailed and asked them to call me which to their credit they did. It was 16 days later but at least they called. It didn’t go well. After being passed on to a third person I got cut off again. Finally spoke to Megan and she sorted my problem instantly.

Do not trust this company. They mistakenly sent me a refund cheque issued to someone else's name instead of our company name. I've been chasing them for a resolution since April 2024, but there has been no response. Despite repeatedly calling and speaking to customer service, no one has been able to reissue the cheque to me.C

There after care team are very un careening they pretend they, care then don't bother with you, let me help they say then you ask for help and they say nothing to do with me. Especially Tristan sconfelt

Very poor customer service, they will pass you from one department to the next with no clear resolution. I have tried calling countless times due to poor broadband but instead l am threatened with high cancellation fees with no support provided for the poor services they are offering me. I have asked for the issue to be escalated since 22/11/2024 and have been told a manager will be contacting me in 48 hours. To date no manager has called and it feels like my issue is being ignored and l am not a priority. The poor network has greatly inconvinienced me since the services went live on 08/11/2024 but l am being ignored. Avoid this company like a plague as it is the worst service provider and the customer support is appalling. They should take notes from other big companies that listen to customers instead of ignoring them and keep taking their money.

Don’t bother. Just open an account directly with Worldpay (Who is their processor as CB is a third party) and save yourself the hassle of dealing with 2 companies and being charged separately by both. Edit: I have sent the details requested. Please make it clearer to customers when signing up that they will be dealing with Worldpay too. I was told that CB had it’s own dashboard and that WP was only their supplier when applying. I had called CB team a few times with questions about my account and nearly all the time, they told me to call Worldpay directly. Example: to find out what my international card processing fees were. I have now opened an account directly with Worldpay who offer a 30 day rolling contract, unlike Clear Business who tie us up to min 12 months contract, with a termination fee of £10 per month. This experience has been an utter nuisance.

James was really helpful and informative. He explained everything very well and answered all of my questions that i had. The process was very quick and easy to do and he even sorted out the little problem that i had sending our licence id. I don't usually do reviews but i am happy to do this as James came across as not your usual pushy salesman and i even enjoyed talking to him lol :)

I spoke with Ikhlaq a few times with regards to switching present provider to clear business. He was extremely helpful and patient. So pleasant on the phone answered all my queries.

We used to have a business mobile phone via a previous company that then got taken over by clear business, when the change over happened the contract got cancelled. We now receive a letter every month for a line charge of £15 plus vat fee for something we dont even have. Obviously we do not owe this money however the company rings us every day , sends final warning letters and then all of a sudden the bill is £100+!! When we have tried numerous times to ring them to sort it out every time they say they will and never do! We have rang at least 7 times now and it hasnt been sorted at all! The calls are getting a pain now. We just want it sorted but it never happens!

We left Unicom, now Clear Business, advising them in January we were leaving, and finally cancelling in May. The company have continued to bill us, despite the cancelled contract, and raise a new fee every month for a spurious new charge, when we have no services with them. They call daily, every day we have the same argument with a different person in the call centre. It's harassment. This company will not let you go. We have no services with this company, we have no contract with this company, they refuse to stop billing us, and refuse to stop calling us, wasting significant amounts of time for our business in the process. We are now charging them £25 per telephone call received. Do not sign up with this company, or any of their satellite companies. They will not let you leave, and they will end up harassing you. The amount of time wasted in hours is in the double digits. This Company will never let you leave, and attempt to bully you into paying them money you do not owe, with absolutely no explanation as to what the new charge is each month. Plus, they are at least twice as expensive as our new provider.

For your information and that of other customers, I have emailed multiple times, called repeatedly, and even sent a letter to your attorney, yet I have received absolutely no response. Therefore, I kindly request that you refrain from portraying yourselves as completely innocent. I am sharing this review solely to inform other businesses in the hope that no one else falls victim to your problematic company.

Today I was helped by Courtney Harris lovely to speak to she guided me and explained everything through out the contracts costs etc well done to Clear Business to have employed such a great person.

Very poor response to incorrect billing. it has been nearly 3 months and I have not received a response despite 5 hours on the phone with them and numerous email. They don't respond to emails and their customer service team won't allow you to speak to a manager. Their complaints procedure doesn't work.
