I had a breast lift and implant with Dr Onur Akman and he was amazing made them look perfect, and the nurses constantly came to check on me back at the hotel. 100000% recommend, helped with any questions I had and made me feel comfortable

Jan 19,2025I was nervous about going abroad because of the stigma attached to cosmetic surgery tourism, but I had a failed rhinoplasty done in the UK and was left with no option as I couldn’t afford a revision rhinoplasty in the UK (almost 2x the price of a primary). I wish I just went here first and saved myself the £6,000+ I wasted in the UK. Everything was so simple. ClinicHub arranges your transfers to/from the airport and every single appointment, and they arrange your hotel, so all I had to do was arrange my flights. There is a ClinicHub desk in the hotel, so if you need anything while at the hotel, you can just go down and see them or WhatsApp them without even needing to leave the room. I stayed in hospital overnight and the nurses were so kind and attentive, and you are served a lovely, fresh and healthy breakfast, lunch and dinner. I saw my surgeon (Dr Ozan Erol) before the surgery and he addressed all my issues I had with my nose before I could even say them! I had a terrible experience with my rhinoplasty in the UK, and the aftercare was none existent. The aftercare ClinicHub provides is unmatched, as they have a doctor and a nurse perform daily checks on you in your hotel room. Every single person, from the ClinicHub team, the hospital and hotel nurses, to the hotel staff were so so so kind and polite. I really cannot recommend this experience enough. It cost me less for my revision rhinoplasty in Istanbul than my first one did in the UK and the entire experience and result was incomparable. Thank you to everyone on the ClinicHub team for looking after me and giving me a nose I love.

Jan 18,2025although it was a very difficult experience to go through, going through and recovering from surgery, clinichub made the experience of traveling abroad as smooth as it could have possibly been providing quick responses and excellent service. everything seemed to have been thought through and taken care of. i think the only things that could have made the experience better were if more of the hospital and nursing staff spoke english, it's reassuring knowing those who are taking care of you fully understand what you want to get across but google translate did wonderful helping with this. it also would have been beneficial to have known ahead of time how different the results would look on cast removal day than in the end bc of all the swelling in order to full prepare mentally as for myself and i've heard for many other of the girls cast removal day can be a bit traumatizing. so fully understanding and preparing for that is very important. over all though i am very impressed with the work ethic and thought that has gone into clinichub as a company as well as their great selection of surgeons who are all very professional, experienced, and talented. I would 100% recommend them to anyone who's looking to travel abroad for surgery :)

Jan 17,2025Loved absolutely everything! I have a great experience with the team. They were very responsive and helpful and I never felt isolated on my journey. I booked with dr Samil Sahin and so happy with my surgeon! I loved the fact that Clinichub have on site nurses in the hotel who constantly come in to check up on u, which is sooo important post opp. I was in a groupchat with the hotel nurses and anytime I had a query they would come see me in my room or answer my concerns. The hospital experience was also amazing. I brought my husband with me and he was also taken great care of. Overall I had an amazing experience 10/10 would recommend anybody interested in getting a rhinoplasty to go through clinic hub 💕💕

Jan 16,2025After returning from Turkey and reflecting on my experience.. even though I am happy with the outcome of my surgery and the clinchub nurses were amazing.. there was Alot wrong! Firstly once I had my surgery at the academic hospital the level of care from the nurses was disgusting and left me traumatised. Luckily I had a companion with me otherwise i dreading to think the lasting effect this would of had on me. When asking the nurses to empty my drains and catheter as they bare over flowing and having eyes rolled at you by them. To the point that there was eurine all over the floor and it not being cleaned up properly! Drains emptied in the bathroom and blood left splashed all over the toilet seat! No water given to you and not being told how to get water! Once back at the hotel the clinchub nurses were great but I had paid £360 extra to have a room with 2 beds.. we never got this and when I asked i was told this wasn't possible! After the traumatic time I had at the hospital and trying to build my strength up this was not a fight i was mentally stable for and when asked to do a review while in turkey I said no I need to discuss a few things but wasn't able to do then. Getting stronger to get home was far more important! Once home I asked for a refund of my £360 as I never recieved the upgrade I requested and was promised! Clinchub have admitted fault in a message to me saying they are sorry that I was told the wrong information but are refusing to refund this amount!! I find this totally unacceptable. I also spoke to other guests one which paid only £50 extra for the whole week and got 2 double beds.. I paid £360 and my aunty had a sofa which was extremely uncomfortable

Jan 16,2025I recently had breast implants with clinichub, leading up to my arrival in Istanbul there was not a lot of communication just basic info like where to get picked up from at the airport and where we would be staying. Upon arrival I was not aware the transfers would be shared, this is something I would have preferred to know prior to arrival. When we did a scruffy looking male herded us and others getting surgery into a group, and without saying anything made a hand gesture to follow him. This was not welcoming and did not calm my initial nerves as he did not say anything and did not say where we were going. After around an hour journey 4 others we were sharing the cab with were told to get out, at the hospital but we were told to stay put, we still weren’t sure where we were going. We ended up at the hotel and checked in. I questioned clinichub on what was happening and they said I would not be needed for the rest of the day so I could relax and they would keep me updated on my surgery time the next morning. I was made aware of the time and the next morning went in for the surgery, I filled out a lot of forms and paid and waited around 3 hours. I then had a short consultation with the surgeon (Dr Onur Akman) in my hospital room and discussed what I wanted. Around 10 minutes later I went in for surgery. The food within the hospital was bad and I found most nurses in the hospital struggled with English. I also found myself calling them a lot to unhook me from my iv drip after long times of it finishing and them not checking in on me to unhook it. I stayed overnight and my companion was allowed to stay too on the sofa. The room was very small and the sofa was not a sofa bed as we were promised. My companion is very tall so the sofa was cramped and uncomfortable. Dr Onur checked on me twice before I was discharged from the hospital. Upon return to the hotel the post op doctors and nurses were absolutely brilliant, you can text the nurses at any time and they reply quickly to help. I had a final check with Dr Onur who removed my drains and checked me over again, his service was also great. The hotel is currently next to some building works so it is very loud in the room Monday-Saturday all day time with the sound of drilling. The rooms are clean and come with a washer/dryer which was useful. Breakfast is mainly Turkish food with some extras. It is also important to note you have to pay a £100 deposit for the room upon arrival which is refundable. Additionally, most of the transfer drivers have very erratic driving styles, harsh braking and speeding over bumps which can be painful post surgery. The cabs are usually for 8 passengers and 4 seats face backwards, I often found myself having to sit backwards which also added nausea to the drives.

Jan 16,2025I genuinely can’t find any fault when it comes to my experience with ClinicHub. From the moment I arrived to the moment I left, the services were extraordinary. Very prompt response, very lovely and professional staff and the nurses that looked after me at the hospital were really nice and helpful. My coordinators Esra, Özge, Sevil, Mariam, Nihan, Rümeysa did an amazing job. Now just focusing on recovery.

Jan 14,2025My experience was a great one, I was assisted with decisions regarding which surgery was best for me. The surgeon Mr Ahmet was a good with helping me make my decision and he also did my surgery. yigit was very good with interpreting everything that was been said, he is a very patience and respectful person, he was with me before and after my surgery helping to translate everything I was saying. Neval is also a translator and she was very good with helping navigating things in the evenings. Eda the dietician was very good with explaining things regarding my diet and how I can go about things. She is amazing. The nurses were good as well even though there was a language barrier but the met all my needs and I’m grateful for all there efforts because I had really bad veins and they kept changing cannula almost everyday but they are just too good. I had all my pre surgery test and the staff were all go with doing this whilst protecting my privacy and dignity and I also want to point out that the cardiologist and the general surgery doctors are very good 👍🏾 The transfer team are also very reliable. I also want to thank Fernanda he is the coordinator that handled all my requests. Thank you all to everyone

Cannot fault Clinichub at all, just had rhinoplasty surgery and the staff, surgeon and services were impeccable. I would 1000% recommend booking through Clinichub, especially if you are anxious about travelling, like myself :)

Jan 11,2025Bonne expérience dans l’ensemble. Tout est très bien organisé de A à Z. Cependant, les infirmières à la clinique sont pour la plupart désagréables, et ne prennent pas en considération la douleur. ( il faut redemander 3 fois pour avoir une antalgie ) Assez vite expédiée, le lendemain matin de l’opération une dame vient nous annoncer que dans 15 minutes nous devons être prêtes car le transport nous attend pour nous emmener à l’hôtel. À l’hôtel, un médecin et une infirmière passent tous les matins et sont disponibles.

Jan 24,2025I recently started the new year off with a trip to Istanbul, Turkey for my rhinoplasty and I was blown away by how great the experience was! I did bring my fiance with me and we both couldn’t stop talking about how wonderful the nurses and doctors were. The hotel breakfast was also such a highlight, so thank you Clinichub for the hospitality! I went to see Dr. Emrah Celik and I am in love with my new nose! Highly recommend Clinichub!
